Age UKTrading were fine, but I ended up talking to someone from LV
It was all a bit rushed really, they asked a lot of question that werent relevant to me
I was hapy with Age UKTrading , not so much with LV, I think they get a bonus for every new customer
They werent any cheaper than my original supplier
I really dont understand it
No claims for 10+ years and it still goes up by 12-290% a year, you dont get a NCB with house insurance
Still its done for another year
My pension rise of 4.8% has gone nowhere

The call handler took all the stress out of the usual insurance renewal experience.
He was really helpful spoke clearly and explained everything in plain language.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company the whole process was actually

What a saving
I wanted to see what Age Co could offer in car insurance, as the renewal quote from my current insurers seem excessive. Age Co were very good. The person I spoke with didn't speak in a rushed manner, and I was able to understand clearly what he was saying. It made a refreshing change not listening to someone who speaks 500 words a minute!
The biggest surprise I got was the savings I was about to make taking a policy out with Age Co. £400
to be exact. I feel I'm not paying for all those who make a habit of making claims.

Very good. The whole process was easier than I'd anticipated (I'm 86) and the two handlers on the two phone calls, on 20th and 23rd Feb I made were excellent in every way - pleasant, clear, patient when I needed something repeated or clarified, and not too fast when giving information they must have given time after time.
