Great place to get the alert for sick family member

We chose SureSafe after extensive research, including a recommendation from a friend. We took account of lots of positive reviews, and we were not disappointed. Every stage was informative, easy to understand, easy to process and easy to implement. The functionality of the chosen Pendant is just what we wanted. The webpage and the App both easy to operate and to set up. We had one clarification question which was very promptly answered by email, thanks!

The equipment arrived promptly and well packaged! I've yet to hear from my Sister in Kent as to wether it has been set up ok for our Mother (I'm based in Hampshire) but very impressed with the service so far, thank you!

I got off to an unpromising start with the SureSafeGO personal alarm, since I didn’t find the ‘Important Information’ leaflet very helpful. (An illustrated guide for others who like me need something basic can be found online by searching SureSafe User Guide Device Updated Jul 25). Nor did I understand why, if SureSafe was offering a 30-day risk-free trial, I was being asked to set up a direct debit in the first 30 days, still less to encourage friends to use the device before it had even arrived. Once I trialled the alarm, however, I was extremely impressed. The 4G roaming SIM picked up calls in all but the most enclosed room in my house (the mobile signal is weak in my semi-rural area) and staff response was swift and courteous. While comfortable, I do find the device large and chunky for my wrist and decided to trial a more petite style, also 4G, offered by another provider. To my horror, after a test call (from my kitchen, where the mobile signal is weakest) five minutes passed before I heard a connecting signal and a further two before a reponse team member from the other provider picked up the call. I tried with my SureSafe alarm and received its connecting signal within a minute. Other time comparisons were also superior. Top marks, SureSafe. This is third time lucky for me, since I trialled another wristband alarm several months ago, also cellular and GPS, which didn’t connect in several rooms in my house. I subsequently discovered it had a 2G SIM. Evidently 4G is stronger in my area and I am glad I persevered and found an alarm that works throughout my home and a provider with an adequately staffed response centre to pick up calls swiftly. It is reassuring to know that help can be summoned fast when needed. I’m not willing to compromise on personal safety.

Very efficient from first point of sale by Daryl Yates the representative, through to delivery of the personal alarm watch the next day! My daughter has mild epilepsy & has just moved into her first independent living flat. This alarm will help to keep her safe if she falls during a seizure but will not detect one (would be great if it could). We have tested the watch & the 24/7 response is very fast to answer the call & check if everything is ok. So far so good!

Really helpful advice and descriptions of the available options and incredibly fast delivery. The product itself is easy to manage and the bonus of it talking was fantastic as the user is visually impaired.
