Excellent customer service today

Excellent customer service today. Lines can be busy but once I was through I talked to 2 very helpful and friendly advisors. As a long term customer I was arranging digital Upgrade for an elderly relative and discussed a query about renewal. Personable and professional
and fully resolved my queries.

that it is unable to work outside home

Very Clear vocal, although unable to use outside of home, I do feel safe inside, as I live. Alone.

Avoid at all costs - Would not recommend

Purchased a package for our mother. Customer care was non-existent so decided to return all items (wish we had read these reviews prior to ordering!).

Upon receipt of return, they charged us an extortionate "restocking" fee and are also now claiming all of the items weren't returned.

Still awaiting receipt of refund, which is currently approximately £150 less than what we paid.

Terrible company who have caused undue stress to our elderly mother - the opposite of what such a company in this industry should be doing.

I wanted to report my new key safe code having changed address. The rep understood my request (about communal door to flats possibly being locked) and made a note of who to contact.
