So bad, never received product
So bad. Didn't actually ever receive the product. After I've ordered I queried after a week of still not getting confirmation that the headphones had been dispatched I've been told all colours are out of stock. At the time their website still showed all in stock. When requesting a refund I was first refused. I had to send several emails and threats before they agreed but even then they advised it would take around 4 weeks for the refund to be processed. Stay away from them.
mifo 5 plus earbuds are a waste of money
I bought the mifo 5 plus earphones and I have been so so so disappointed with them. One of them keeps dropping reception and they are a real pain to handle. In addition, they fall out of the year very easy. And the case is far too smooth and difficult to open. All in all a waste of money
Sub par customer service
I ordered a pair of Mifo earbuds for Christmas. They arrived on time and appeared to be of good quality.
However, they were not to my liking so I contacted Mifo customer support to return them. I was sent detailed instructions about how to start the return process including pictures. I did so and received a message that my request was being addressed.
Weeks went by with no further information. I contacted them again, they apologized and said to keep waiting. Another week passed. I contacted them again. No reply. Another week. Another email. No reply.
To have such poor customer service these days is surprising. I was trying to give a company some business away from Amazon. Bad choice on my part. Stuck with an expensive product I have no use for
Confusing website and dreadful customer service
Bought a pair of headphones from Mifo from what I thought was their European site (prices in €) after it tried to incorrectly redirect me to their US site only to be charged €117 for the earbuds and a €35 VAT charge by An Post. Subsequently found the actual European website and they are charging €99 for the very same product and there would be no VAT charge. Contacted them to complain. They took two weeks to reply, told me I should have contacted them sooner and offered to refund the VAT as a credit note. Spend more money with us when we already charged you too much. NO THANKS! No interest in resolving my complaint. And their website still incorrectly tries to direct me to the US……….i wont shop with them again.
Faulty Item, no communication!
I purchased a pair of headphones for £99.99 on 06/02/2026 after the retailer’s website stated the item was in stock. This representation proved to be inaccurate, as the company failed to inform me that the item was not actually available and the product was not delivered until 17/02/2026.
Following the delay, the company offered a 20% goodwill discount. Despite sending several follow-up emails between 17/02/2026 and 05/03/2026 requesting confirmation of this offer, I received no response and the promised discount was never honoured.
On 06/03/2026 the headphones stopped working completely and are now unusable. I contacted the company again on 7th, 8th and 9th March requesting instructions to return the faulty product and obtain a full refund. These requests have also been ignored.
I made multiple attempts to resolve this matter directly with the retailer through their only available contact method (email), but received no response. The company provides no alternative means of contact such as telephone or customer support.
Unfortunately i had to issue a charge back with my bankchar as there was no other way to resolve this and get my money back.
I would avoid this company completely.
Blatantly Fraudulent
Been trying for 4 months to get a refund on earbuds that I returned. I followed all their difficult instructions designed to put me off. I’m very angry with this company for their lack of care and blatantly fraudulent behaviour

Terrible Product - Mifo 05 PLUS Gen 3 Touch. Headphones barely function, dont charge properly in case. Customer service is abysmal and replies after a matter of months.

Got these head phones following positive reviews online, the online reviews went on about how amazing the sound quality is and the noise cancelling with easy connectivity.
1. Left head phone does not charge in its case unless you jiggle it around.
2. Connectivity. Constantly disconnecting and reconnecting to have them work.
3. Bass, what bass hahaha

Mifo 5 gen 3. Terrible connection via Bluetooth. Average sound quality at best. Cuts out and volume goes up and down. Syncing with streaming apps so bad it becomes unwatchable.

I placed and order and then had no shipment update. After chasing, I was told the item was out of stock and shipping was delayed. I then requested cancellation and a full refund (twice, clearly, in writing).
Instead of processing the cancellation, support (name: Rex, possibly fake) repeatedly ignored the request and asked for a "reason" to cancel, then tried to keep the order open by offering a free accessory, When I restated that I wanted the order cancelled and refunded,, they replied that my request was "under review" with no confirmation, timeline or refund processed.
This felt like deliberate stalling/exhaustion rather than normal customer service. I just wanted a straightforward cancellation and refund for an order that hadn't shipped.
If you need to cancel, be prepared to escalate through your payment provider. No option for cancellation or refund on their website either.
Managed to get a refund through my bank. Had no response from MiFo. Worst company I've dealt with.

Cancelled my order before dispatch as already received earbuds from my daughter. They processed the cancellation but kept my money. Absolute scumbags, avoid at all costs.

Waited 3 weeks for them to be delivered. Ended up buying something else having waited so long as they were a christmas present. I contacted them via the chat function several times to find out when they would be delivered... no response... so I then used the chat function to request the order be cancelled... still no response. In the meantime I read the reviews on trust pilot & realised they weren't worth having anyway. Then received an email from Mifo & Evri to say they were being delivered. I requested that they be delivered to an Evri collection point and didn't collect them, so they were returned a week later. No response from Mifo yet with regards to them being returned & a refund being processed. Avoid this company and save your money & time! I writing this review via an automated email request from Mifo but I don't suppose they will read it... but hopefully it will stop someone else being ripped off. I didn't read the reviews before I ordered them as I had bought a pair for myself in 2021 and was pleased with them.

Having bought these on 3 previous occasions, the 4th set never sat correctly in the charging case meaning they would auto connect to phone when I didn’t want them to and would never charge as designed. An email with video attached showing this was accepted by their ‘customer services’ team who vowed to replace the faulty product. Then they completely ‘ghosted’ me, never replying to my emails. No contact numbers to ring. Don’t buy these as they won’t refund you even if they accept they create and sell faulty products

Similarly to others' experience, the company promised a 3-5 day delivery... 3 weeks later they arrive. Before they were shipped (visible on the Shop app), I said that I don't want the product anymore, and wish to receive a refund.
No response from customer service, until after the product arrived, saying "hope it works well"...
I read on their policy that they can't fully refund if you open the shrink wrap, and so am keeping it unopened until they refund.
Honestly, spend your money elsewhere
