Bought two Motorola Focus 66 cameras a few years ago to monitor my pets. I chose these because the basic monitoring was advertised as free and for a couple of years it was.
Out of the blue they have now decided to charge a subscription fee. Pretty sure this isn’t legal as far as trading standards goes. I would consider paying it if the app was a bit better and not so glitchy but it’s pretty rubbish really. Both cameras went in the bin. AVOID

Mon appareil était neuf mais défectueux j’ai payer le shipping aller retour on m’a écrit qu’il était réparer en octobre 2025 et rien depuis il l’ont toujours en leur possession même après mise en demeure ! Par contre il s’excuse à toutes les fois et me dit que je suis prioritaire Grrr

This product has been a huge disappointment. It constantly has connection issues and is a struggle to charge, which completely defeats the purpose of a baby monitor. Even worse, it does not alert you when it loses contact with your baby.
On one occasion, the app showed everything was fine and still “connected,” only for us to later find the device lying on the floor — with no alerts or warnings whatsoever. That is incredibly concerning for something that’s supposed to monitor a baby’s wellbeing.
Because of these failures, the monitor is essentially useless for what it’s designed to do. At this point, the only feature we use is the night light. Definitely not worth the money or the stress.
The camera keeps disconnecting
The camera keeps disconnecting, customer support is terrible. All services are based on subscriptions.

Awful, even though the subscription was cancelled they want you to prove it, smells like a scam, it's like a market stall trying to deal with a greedy vendor who'd pick your pocket , effectively stole from a friend's bank account oh so much to tell about the way they deal with you, like stubborn children and the lies are completely see through, had to cancel an entire bank account so they can't access it again. Complete poopshow avoid

Unwanted ads and marketing in app
Advertising push notifications sent by the app, tremendously rude etiquette for an already-paid-for hardware product.
The company is dismissive in its replies to App Store comments pointing out that new parents don’t want to have to click through ads to see their child.
Extremely gross Black Friday push notification sent marketing a 2K monitor. When I install a baby monitor app and allow it to notify me with push notifications, I trust it to use that privilege with respect. The app instead abuses my trust when I have already locked myself into their ecosystem by purchasing their hardware.
There’s got to be some kind of false advertising law to prevent this kind of thing; obviously nowhere on the box does it say they’re going to send disgusting marketing notifications with no way to opt out.
This monitor is a hunk of junk
This monitor is a hunk of junk. It regularly had connection issues, even though every other device in our household works fine. Less than 18 months later, it stopped working altogether and after following all recommendations, it will no longer pair to the app at all.
I like the cameras BUT…
I like the cameras, but I've paid for this app multiple times because it promises features like PIP, videos, and pictures saved to my cloud, among others. Every time I try to check if my landlord has been in my apartment, I somehow don't have any videos from the previous day. It's crazy to me that I've been paying for the same features that I was getting for free.

Wish the record times were longer and the events could be watched in a timeline view so we didn't have to go back to go to the next event
Great camera but Not reliable
It is very, very challenging having nothing but email communication. The app will randomly stop working and when I had problems with the camera within a couple weeks of having it, it took over TWO YEARS for the company to send me a replacement. It is a great camera and I like the monitor. It just needs a lot of work to be more reliable.

nach langem Probieren habe ich es wie die Einrichtung gemeistert, ein paar Tage könnten wir es nutzen und dann boom alles reseted und bitte fange nochmal bei null an. Zeitverschwendung !

Şu an aklıma gelenler bunlar. Ancak 10bin verip de bu arızalara maruz kalmak da hak değil. E bebekten almıştık ürünü iade istedik. Umarım iade kabul olur...

Constantly disconnecting itself through the app, bombarded with loads of notifications and adverts to upgrade.
Shame really, spent a lot of money for something that doesn’t work. Not advertised online or at the NEC advent about the bad reviews.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Its hit or miss whether you can even get the camera to load on the monitor or your phone thru the app
Awful company, products and customer service
Awful company, awful customer service and awful products . Chetan is incredibly unhelpful, not even tried to assist with the faulty item! Baby monitor has broken twice, and for an item that was over £100.. it is unacceptable. Hubble is not willing to assist! Steer clear of them altogether.
Constantly not connecting
Constantly not connecting. I have great internet, nothing else I own has connections issues, but for some reason, Bubble constantly disconnects. The product is absolute garbage and the app is terrible and trying to push different subscriptions that aren't worth it.
The pair button on the device dose not…
The pair button on the device dose not work or something on the camera it’s self is broken. Never worked with the app and won’t go into pair mode or put a Wi-Fi signal out. Used a V - Tech app and that worked is seconds. Stay away from this brand
