So like many on here that have left negative reviews, I bought a blendjet there was an international recall around Dec 23, we recieved a message on April 2024 saying due to overwhelming response for replacements mine could take a while. Last correspondence with Lucy from BlendJet (no idea if its a real person or not) was on 30 November 2024 where Lucy had no updates on replacement item.

Its March 2026 now, safe to say im not getting a replacement or a refund. Not sure if this is a genuine scam or just a company that made a faulty item and then couldn't refund/replace the item.

Either way, stay clear is my recommendation.

I purchased 3 blend jets in December of 2022. On January 12, 2024 the company had a recall and sent out emails. Apparently the motors were known to overheat and catch on fire. Blendjet asked for us to 'destroy' the inner seal and take a picture of that broken inner seal with a pic of the bottom of your blend jet with it's serial numbers. Which we did shortly thereafter. I have reached out several time regarding the replacement of these 3 units. All I ever got was the usual, we are working on it. Needless to say Blendjet never sent any replacement units. This company is a scam. It's been well over 2 years and they basically just stole my money. I highly advise that you shop elsewhere for a mini blender. Because they are dishonest and don't deserve business from hard working people. You have been warned, take your money elsewhere! I can read tons of other reviews here on Trustpilot regarding this issue. So they pulled to wool over the eyes of many. I just reached out again on 1/17/2026 with, of course, no response. When you go to their website and click on Support Help Center the page it says "404 This Page Cannot be Found". Shame on you Blendjet, do better!

Dopo aver segnalato un malfunzionamento del prodotto (si surriscaldava) ho a quel punto ricevuto un richiamo per il mio frullatore e dunque ho eseguito la procedura richiesta per avere la sostituzione -4 marzo 2025- che ha reso l'elettrodomestico definitivamente non utilizzabile. Bene è passato un anno e non ho più avuto notizie, risposte, sostituzione. Servizio clienti pessimo, state lontani, servizi post vendita assurdi.

1. Product Quality is decent. 2. Customer Service / Ordering replacement parts -TERRIBLE 3. 404 Error when you click on support 4. Telephone number on website did not work 4. Track Order - did not get any results 5. Chat function asked for email and I did not get response. ***I would have been better off ordering rubber gasket from Amazon. I will never order anything from their site and may never purchase anything from them again.

ordered 3 X Blendjet march, 6th of 2022 and recall was issued for replacement on December 28th of 2023. Have not heard from Blendjet and have not recieved any replacement units as I've submitted my recall twice!

Je suis vraiment déçu par mon expérience avec BlendJet. C’est la deuxième fois que mon appareil tombe en panne après seulement deux mois d’utilisation. Le premier blender a cessé de fonctionner après quelques utilisations. Il a été remplacé, mais malheureusement le second a rencontré exactement le même problème après quelques utilisations.

C’est dommage, car le concept est pratique et le produit est agréable à utiliser au quotidien mais la durabilité n’est clairement pas au rendez-vous dans mon cas.

Je serais sincèrement prêt à payer plus cher pour un appareil fiable et conçu pour durer dans le temps.

It's been 2 years since I've been waiting for a product after a recall! They always reply the same - 'supply chain issues' 'You're on the list' 'it will definitely arrive within the next couple of months'.
Next thing I find the company has gone out of business, yet site is active.
I try to place an order and conveniently they no longer ship to my country!

In November 2024, BlendJet announced a product recall and instructed ME to destroy the defective unit and submit proof in order to receive a replacement.

On November 13, 2024, I complied immediately. I destroyed the product as instructed and notified BlendJet the same day.

I received a confirmation stating that my replacement request had been received and that I would receive another email once the replacement was ready to ship.

On November 25, 2024, after I followed up due to no update, I was told there were supply chain issues and that they could not provide any timeframe.

On February 11, 2025, I followed up again, asking for an update and even suggesting they send just the base unit if possible.

On February 14, 2025, I was informed that:

Refunds are not offered

Upgrades are not offered

Full unit replacements are not offered

Replacement kits were on backorder

No timeframe could be provided

Today is February 15, 2026. Another Year!!!!!!!!!

It has been over 15 months since I destroyed my product at their request.

I have received:
NO replacement, NO refund, No resolution,
NO shipping confirmation, NO follow-up,

At this point, this is no longer a “delay.”
It is a complete failure to fulfill recall obligations.

When a company instructs customers to destroy a product for safety reasons, it assumes full responsibility to provide a timely remedy. Keeping customers waiting indefinitely without a solution is unacceptable.

The most concerning part is the lack of accountability. No proactive communication. No updates. No alternatives. Just silence.

Consumers should be aware of how this recall has been handled before deciding to purchase from this company.

I am still waiting.

Compré una licuadora en 2023, la destruí como indicaron en el recall, enviándoles las pruebas para el envío del reemplazo. Dos años después, ya han dejado de contestar a los emails y yo sigo sin reemplazo. Estafa!!! He perdido mi dinero

Am 6. März 2023 Trustpilot hat auf Druck von BJ meine ausfürliche negative Bewertung über meins blendjet-2 entfernt. Millionen von diesen gefährlichen Geräte wurde zurück gerufen. Auch bei meinem Freundekreis in Niederlande. Last euch nicht mehr ver..!

Like everyone else who got the blender 2, I destroyed part of it and I am STILL waiting for the new part!! It’s been TWO years!! Every time I follow up I’m fobbed off, an when I asked for a refund they refused! Which serves me right buying from America, they wouldn’t be blue to get away with this crap over here!! Abysmal company.

Nach nur 4 Jahren und wenig Benutzung ist das Gerät bei voller Batterie zu schwach um ein Mangolassie zu mixen.

Had to do the product recall stuff, and was promised a replacement.

Lo and behold, the replacement never came. Then found out the company has gone out of business, so no chance for ever getting a refund on the product not replaced.

Really not happy, I would like my refund, though I guess this will never happen.

I’ve now been waiting exactly 2 years for my urgent recall replacement part, in response to them emailing me to ask me to cut up and stop using my blender, which I did straight away. I’ve been ignored countless times and would never ever recommend that you’d buy from this company. When things go wrong you’ll do your part as requested to do, but you’ll get nowhere with them and will be out of pocket years later. They just don’t care unfortunately.

It’s so sad to see so many other reviewers in the same position with no reply from BlendJet, that says a lot.

BlendJet stopped working after a few months of use. Customer service promised replacement parts that never arrived. Follow-ups were useless. Total waste of money. Avoid.

This use to be such a reputable brand. Until the problem with the recall. Told many of us to destroy the recall blender and await on a replacement. It’s been five years and no replacement. Just a waste of money. I’m surprised your company is still standing.

J'ai effectué une commande sur leurs site et moi aussi mon blenjet 2 faisait partis des "produits défectueux "
Bha pareil j'ai détruit le joint en silicone et envoyé la photo ...mais plusieurs mois et même années plus tard toujours rien les relance en anglais et en français n'ont tien changer pire ons ne m'as JAMAIS répondu toujours des mails génériques pas de VRAIS réponse pas d'être humain avec qui communiquer donc j'ai perdu un temps infini et de l'argent...cool👍🏾ça c'est passer en AVRIL 2024 /POUR UNE COMMANDE FAITE EN NOVEMBRE 2023👏🏾.

What the heck happened to BlendJet? We had a BlendJet that we purchased back in July of 2022, which was going strong until the recall, when we had to destroy it per the warranty claim. I chose a SpongeBob one as a keepsake for the warranty replacement, and we bought a separate one in May of 2024, which started having charging issues and pooped out in March of 2025. When I reached out to customer service, I was told that my BlendJet was "now outside of our warranty period, so we won’t be able to accept a return or issue a replacement ." It's a shame, because I had purchased a large blending cup, which I can no longer use, as I don't think I'll be buying another BlendJet if they don't even last a year now.

Ruim anderhalf jaar later sinds het invullen van het formulier van de terugroepactie waar mijn aankoop onder viel heb ik na 2 maal contact op te nemen met het bedrijf geen concreet woord teruggekregen over enig compensatie, vervanging of terugbetaling. Enkel loze beloftes en merkwaardige excuses.

Maar ondertussen zijn dezelfde producten gewoon verkrijgbaar en geadverteerd via hun website! Dit soort praktijken zijn niet goed te praten en zegt genoeg over het bedrijf zelf. Vermijden!
