Be careful they are banned by trading standards australia - google it! After a big delay to get them in the first place and having to chase I received the headphones and one didn't work. Their website has very limited information but eventually tracked down an email address (it says they have webchat and they don't) then got a fast response asking me to video it not working i did. They then said I could return and get a refund and have heard nothing since despite over 10 chaser emails. Reported to trading standards but they have no postal address so very difficult to pursue legal action. AVOID!

Product not fit for purpose
Bought the Mifo earbuds after reading an article praising them. Even before the year was out, i had issues with them. It was almost impossible to get both to work. Then one stopped working altogether. Now the one that was working doesn't seem to be charging correctly. Tried everything to fix them. I haven't even used them 30 times. Never again will this company get my money.
Non existent customer service
Update: It has taken over 6 months but Mifo have finally replaced my defective ear buds. I had to use their Australian site because the UK site has no support. Contacting them is painfully slow but I need to be fair and so will upgrade them to 3 stars.
Used to like my old Mifo ear buds. The new ones, still in warranty, are defective. Customer support is also defective, their site does not have the live chat it claims to have. They don't reply to emails. Gutted. They are not cheap either.
Item not received
Purchased earbuds and after two months I still haven’t received them. After several emails and one shipping notice which told me it had been delivered to a different state than where I live, I am now getting no response from Mifo.

Nothing to like about these
First thing to note is that Mifo dont post negative reviews ob their own website. They select the reviews they paot to manage their rating. They excluded my review as it didn't say what they wanted.
My issues started at the point of order. Assured they had stock and I would have delivery in a maximum of 5 working days. 10 days passed, no delivery, no update. When they did eventually reply to my numerous emails, they said they were out of stock. Yet the website still showed stock and 5 day delivery. Not a great start as I had wanted this for a holiday.
They offered me a free small gift to say sorry. And when the buds did eventually arrive, guess what. No free gift sent. The buds arrived with scratches on the case. Not the premium product they suggest. I charged them fully before using. 1st use, the right ear bud kept powering down every 20 minutes or so, despite having plebt y charge. I also had an issue with connectivity. Randomly they lose Bluetooth connection and you have to turn them bith on and off to reconnect.
Sound quality is also not great. Low and mid range is decent but base response is poor for this price point. Another issue is volume. If you like your music loud, look elsewhere. At full volume, these are about 60% of premium brands by comparison.
And yet another issue, wind noise is excessive. On a windy day all you'll hear is the noise of the wind in the buds. And finally, there's a constant buzzing sound when you have these on pause or using for a phone call.
I gave these a good run and tried with them but they're simply awful. Poor customer experience, poor sound quality, poor connectivity. You'll find better for less than £20.

And the worse customer service I encounter since they took 2 WEEKS to answer my emails cause I didnt get my package on time even after paying. The Sonic Trek 3 bone conduction…
The Sonic Trek 3 bone conduction headphones I purchased had very poor sound quality. After 6 months they just stopped working, they wouldn't switch on at all. I contacted their support email and they gave me some pretty unhelpful advice about a factory reset that was already in the manual and I had tried anyway and asked me to send videos of me doing this. As this didn't solve the problem they said they would provide a replacement but have then been ignoring me for 2 weeks. I wouldn't recommend this product or this company to anyone.
Bad experience
I ordered a product from this company shown as in stock with express delivery (2 days) as a birthday gift. It never arrived. I was then told that the product was not in stock but they would send it when it was. I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. They kept saying they would send it and I kept saying it was cancelled. 2 and half weeks later the product arrived. By law I can cancel - but no return address in box or on website (even though it refer to being able to return products). .

Please do not order anything from Mifo!!! If you want to return or cancel any order you will never get your money back!!! All reviews on their website are fake written by their affiliates. The website states that they have stock in the UK, this is a blatant lie. You will notice on the website no customer service contact number. The only way is via email and they just ignore anything you request. I have contacted Trading Standards and I think Mifo will not be trading in the UK for much longer.

I had to return my Mifo earbuds as it became clear they were faulty, despite numerous attempts to reset them.
I returned the earbuds to a UK address at my own cost and provided a tracking number so I know they were delivered that was over two weeks ago and despite follow up emails from me to which they haven’t responded.
At the moment they have the faulty pair that I returned, along with the money I paid for them £99 and are, for whatever reason, unwilling to reimburse me or send a replacement.
Appalling service.

If you have an issue, this company will do everything they can to avoid a refund. As a company trading online in the UK they are obligated to accept returns if requested within 14 days. Boy do that try and delay things! I finally got them to initiate their frankly ridiculously over complicated returns process (had to send them photos of every stage of the process, bloody mental) only to be completely ignored shortly after they confirmed receipt of their product. Basically they have stolen £100 from me. All email attempts to communicate now bounce so I'm clearly blocked. Great doing business with you MifoAudio. Very classy!
Caution!!! Dissolved company!!! Faulty Product, Poor Support, and No Refund After Over a Month
I received a faulty pair of earbuds. The right earbud would not charge due to a clear manufacturing defect (a misaligned charging contact). I contacted support and was told to return the product at my own cost, with a replacement offered.
I returned the item on 9 May 2025. It is now 17 June 2025, and I’ve received neither a replacement nor any meaningful update.
After weeks of silence and delays, I exercised my right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and requested a full refund on 10 June 2025. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received a single response since then.
Extremely disappointing customer service with no accountability, no urgency, and no resolution. I would not recommend to buy items from this company based on my experience.
Mifo was dissolved via compulsory strike‑off on 1 April 2025 so are no longer a legal trader.

I have previously brought a pair of MIFO ear buds. I had issues with the sound and sent them back to be replaced. They replaced them and they were perfect, from sound quality to comfort, with excellent battery life. Unfortunately I lost the left ear bus, so after such an amazing experience I decided to order a new pair. What a mistake. The first ear buds they sent me, looked fantastic, the only positive. The problems I experiences: 1. When I was out running they kept disconnecting, more often the left one. 2. The battery would not last more than an hour of exercise. 3. They kept connecting randomly, I would miss calls as they would just connect even though they were on charge. 4. I would put them on charge and they wouldn't charge, or one would but not the other. 5. They were not always in sinc, there would be a moment echo! 6. I told Mifo and they asked me to send them back, which I did. I received a fresh set of buds, unfortunately exactly the same issue. Making me think they just sent the same ones back. I let them know and I was asked to send a video of me using them, showing the issues I had complained about. How ridiculous. Anyway I didn't bother. I still use them occasionally, but only one at a time. More often I use a pair of old wifi headphones, bit bulky but they work and I don't suffer any of the issues. I was championing the original headphones as they were excellent, I wouldn't buy again, rubbish product and nearly £100!

For £100 these are terrible headphones. Interesting that their reviews here are much lower than their own website. I was fooled by the 4500 5 stars. These headphones struggle to connect to anything and stay connected. What a waste of money. There also seems to be absolutely no customer service.

I ordered and paid for the goods but never receved them, they claim its the couriers fault, Evri but nether Mifo or Evri will do anything about losing the order. No phone numbers , no emails just interactions with their bots. Wait 30 days and claim via my credit card. Avoid this company please.
Faulty and illegal
I bought Mifo earbuds that were faulty from the moment I received them — they constantly disconnected and were unusable. I reported the issue within days of receiving them but have spent months dealing with unhelpful, slow support and no proper resolution. They've refused to refund me despite that being against UK Consumer Rights.
Do not buy this product.

Bought ear phones from Mifo and they didn't respond for a week when I asked for a different delivery address. So that was the first issue. But I managed to get around this.
Second issue. They don't charge in the case, well documented issue that the electrodes don't fit snuggly against the earphones so they don't hold a charge. This means they constantly deplete.
Of course I asked for a refund, which was agreed to. I returned the item at my own cost (about a tenner). Now they are saying it needs to be inspected for 14 days before a refund can be issued. I am starting to suspect I will never get one and they have basically conned me out of my money.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE These issues are common and the earphones themselves are not very good.

The very expensive item arrived. Difficult to pair and very hard to keep in ear as they heavy and not very ergonomic. Finneky in use and not reliable . Just a very expensive purchase . Do not buy as there better alternatives.
