I am pretty happy with them overall. The case is tidy, pairing was simple, and the fit is secure once you get the right tip on. Just shy of five stars because the controls can be a little sensitive.
They are decent enough and the battery life is good, but the sound did not quite wow me. I would still say they are handy for everyday listening and calls.
Sweet as, these have been really good. I use them on walks and while doing jobs around the house, and they have been comfy and reliable the whole time.

Saw a couple of suggestions and decided to buy these earbuds. Tried them out the next day when I went for a brief stroll and a quick errand. They were easy to turn on, however I had to reconnect once before both buds connected correctly. Since then I've used them on and off for short trips and casual listening and they've been relatively plug and play easy to use. Battery life has definitely been a stand-out, I don't find myself reaching for the charger much. The audio is decent for podcasts and more light music and all in all they've been stable enough for everyday use with no major difficulties.
I purchased the Mifo O5 Plus Gen 3 about a month ago and mainly use them at night for watching videos. Setup was quick and easy, and the sound quality is really good. The battery usually lasts a few days before I need to charge the case, which is convenient. My only complaints are that the connection sometimes drops when I move around the house and the controls can be a little sensitive. Overall, they work well for everyday use, but the connection could be more stable.
My communication started out great, I received the Mifo O5 Plus Gen 3 Touch earbuds without any issue and they worked really well. After a year they stopped pairing, I could use only one or the other earbud and not both together. They were still under warrenty and I emailed MIFO NZ but received a reply that the message was undeliverable to the MIFO NZ email address. After reading all the terrible reviews, I suspect there is no longer a NZ contact. I then contacted MIFO Australia and initially the communication with customer service was very helpful, prompt, and positive. The last email I received from MIFO I was told that "Our Returns Team will get back to you shortly with the next steps regarding your return request for a Replacement. If you have any questions in the meantime, please feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help." Since then I have heard nothing. I have 'reached out' several times via both email and the chat option on their website, but there is dead silence on MIFO's end....they are definitely not 'happy to help'!! UPDATE - I have finally received a reply asking for me to return my earpods, but having read other reviews, I will not be doing this as do not believe I will ever see a replacement, and at the moment I have at least one earpod working. Also it seems I have to pay to send them to Australia (from NZ) when returning the earpods should be at the cost of MIFO as they are faulty!!
I ordered a trail camera 3 weeks ago. No sign of it yet. Apparently it was going to be shipped from Auckland in 1 day. No one to contact in NZ (email provided bounced back). Found an Australian support email address. They replied generically a few times then nothing. I have asked for a refund. No reply.
I think I have been scammed. I would do zero star if possible. Be careful they look legit but are not.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT, Earbuds themselves were good to start with. After maybe 2 or 3 months one stopped working. I reached out to mifo support they emailed back eventually and then stopped replying when it came time to do a faulty swap/return.
I placed an order on December 3rd and have not received any reply from the NZ company. I received maybe 3 replies from someone possibly based in Australia but have still not received ear phones or any kind of commitment to them sending my product.
I would even accept a refund but they have just stopped replying to my emails. I can't find a number to ring anyone, however there's a physical address listed that I might go and visit, just to see what is even there.
