I have had a pair of Mifo earbuds for about 3 years and they have been a great in terms of sound but not good in terms of microphones for calls. I have the ones in a metal case and am so pleased I am ordereing some new ones (apparently with a better microphone) after losing one of the buds. Admitedly I have not had to contact Mifo so don't know what the customer service is like.

I usually do not write reviews, but the experience with Mifo has been such an extraordinary ordeal that I am writing one now. I ordered the Mifo 05 in January this year. When they arrived, the right earbud did not charge and hence I immediately started the return process. I was met with a complete non-response both through their website and via email. After repeated messages, I only received a response after threatening to report them to the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission. After many more messages from my end, I eventually received a return address and confirmation that the items have been received. However, I have still not received a refund. I have now had to raise a dispute through my bank and have reported them to ACCC. I would NEVER buy with them again and hope they get shut down.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from Mifo. My experience has been incredibly frustrating from start to finish.
The product itself has been poor quality and became faulty far sooner than it reasonably should have. What has made the situation even worse, however, is Mifo’s appalling customer service. Communication has been extremely slow, difficult, and unhelpful throughout. Even when I have managed to make contact, there has been no meaningful effort to resolve the issue properly, just delay after delay and more frustration for the customer.
It should not be this difficult to get a straightforward resolution when a product is faulty. Instead of taking responsibility and dealing with the matter promptly, Mifo have made the process unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming. The lack of urgency, poor communication, and failure to provide a proper solution has completely put me off the company and its products.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the product and the level of customer support. I would not recommend Mifo based on my experience.

I bought them mainly for casual listening around the house and the occasional call. The first night I tried them, I switched between a podcast and a quick phone call, and overall they worked fine. Setup was mostly easy, though I did have to turn Bluetooth off and on once before both earphones connected properly.

I came across these while comparing a few options and ended up ordering them after reading some discussions about battery performance. I first tried them later that evening while switching between a couple of calls and some music, just to see how they handled different uses. Pairing was straightforward, though I did have to place one bud back in the case once before both connected properly.
After using them across calls, streaming, and offline playback over the past few weeks, the battery behaviour has been consistently good — both earbuds seem to drain at a similar rate, and the case holds enough charge that I’m not plugging it in very often. Audio comes through balanced without sounding overly boosted, and the earbuds feel solid in hand. Even small things like how they sit in the case line up cleanly. Overall, they’ve been reliable and well put together without feeling overdone.
mifo 5 gen 3 are not worth the trouble
Bought a pair of mifo 5 gen 3. They often do not pair, so only one works at a time and they also frequently loose bluetooth with my cell. When I put them in the case to charge the right one does not charge most of the time. I have to giggle it in place and hope the contacts will hold.
Contacted mifo many times for a replacement and they copy paste an answer about trying this and that which never works. When I finally had enough and asked for a refund they simply stopped responding.
I advise not to buy their products.

Worst company I have ever dealt with, mifo failed to tell me the earbuds were out of stock after paying for them, it took a few weeks after chasing them to tell me this, they took so long to arrive I ended up ordering some earbuds elsewhere, I asked for a refund and not to dispatch them but they delayed refund by offering extras and discount and ignoring my emails, they were delivered a few days later without discount or extras. I then requested to return and receive refund, which they eventually agreed to, returned item and havent had a refund or heard from them in 2 months.

I bought these around two weeks ago so I could listen to them at night. The first time I used them, it was easy, although I had to turn the level down more than I thought I would. They became a regular part of my life after a few evenings. The fit is good, and the sound quality is clear for music and podcasts. The battery lasts easily for all-night activities. The only problem is that the volume may be a little louder in loud places.

Still waiting for refund! I should have listened to the other reviews. I figured I'd give them a chance though as it was the best price for the earbuds. But when they took over a week with no contact I asked for an order cancellation. I had to Google a contact email as there's nothing on their UK website and no chat feature. The guy eventually responded trying to offer me discounts, I wasn't interested, said he'd process the cancellation and the product was "magically" dispatched. Refused delivery from Evri over a week ago and still waiting for my refund. They're now not replying to emails. Starting proceedings to recover my money! Avoid these guys at ALL costs

I've opened a legal dispute to try to get my money back.
Funny thing is, when i ordered them, all I could find was glowing reviews. Since failing to have them delivered, all I can see is reviews talking about poor quality, awful customer service or failure to deliver.
