SCAM! Buyer beware. I was working on a project and needed a converter ASAP. They advertised 24/7 support and an instant license activation.

After ordering I never received the activation, so I emailed them saying cancel and refund as I finished the product without their product.

They refuse to refund me despite having a money back guarantee.

Please do not buy from this company, You will regret it. I wish I looked up Trustpilot before buying.

Kerio Migrator Software has lot of bugs, company gave me 2 new version, last one manage to start migration but after an hour it stopped with another error. Very poor support answering only once every 24 hours, with 3 staffs giving the exact same copy/paste answers. They do not want to refund so I am writing a review. I lost $299 and 4 weeks of hard time with "support".
Not recommended at all.

Ordered and did not receive an activation key the next day. Two places on their website said the activation key would be sent "The delivery of product is automated. You will receive an email containing both the link to download the product and the activation key within few minutes after payment confirmation." and "Yes, the license key will be delivered to you within 15 minutes." Thier chat was not working, and no one answered thier phones. I purchased another software and received the activation right away. I have removed the Bitrecover software and requested a credit on my PayPal. They refused and offered another software that I don't need. Thier trial version would only do 5 records and of course I had many more than that. I would never buy from them again! I have started a dispute with PayPal.

The people at Bitrecover will bend over backwards to make you satisfied with their products, including helping you personally with your project. Definitely use the Live Chat feature if you have any problems with MacUncle PST Splitter or Converter! They are helpful, kind, and inexhaustible. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This software was a lifesaver. I was able to convert all our user email accounts over to Microsoft 365 with the click of a button. Took time to wait but I did not have to do manually and it worked way better than the Microsoft tool in exchange. The migrator through exchange caused lost emails, duplicates, and was a nightmare.

This software is amazing. It took about 15 minutes to migrate over 15,000 messages from Incredimail to Thunderbird. The customer support is excellent as well. What a bargain!

I downloaded Bitrecover MBOX Converter because I needed to convert MBOX files downloaded from Google Vault to PDF. The software is straightforward and easy to use. You just point to your MBOX file, select the file type you would like to convert to, and pick your location.

Their support has been excellent. I downloaded the wrong version on one of my devices, so the key did not work. I emailed support and received a reply within minutes. They immediately identified my version issue and resolved it.

There 30-day money back guarantee does not work as one may expect, or similar guarantees do. You need to prove a fault in the software to be refunded. Not money back if you do not like the software, which I didn't

They put a watermark on my document. When I asked how to remove it. They said I had to pay to remove it. What???? Sneaky and unprofessional. I was going to buy the program. Not now. Not ever.

Very helpful customer service. A quick call through online chat clarified a confusion I had about what program I needed for my application.

Bad support. The product did not do what it was suppose to do and they refused to refund the money ($29) although it states in the purchase that you have 30 day to get your money back.
