bad tool

Where do I start, what a mess. If you are simply going from 365 to 365 this tool is not for you. all onedrive data is moved to a new folder which completely breaks folder redirects, the migration window to transfer data and not transfer the domain is dumb, the fact you cannot just change the domain name and no simple way to just update the source account to dumb. then you have chat support, which seemed to be hit or miss. downtime of a client didnt mean anything. the migration went so bad I ending up paying for licenses for teams and sharepoint that I ended up just having to manually move over, the transfer rates on the tool were crazy! what I did manually would be 2 days or more to transfer data. I could go on and on, but Im tried. 28 accounts to move over in a 4 day window when you lose 2 days for nonsense is crazy, that and nonworking delta migrations were insane

Teacher, not Techie

I am not tech savy by any stretch of the imagination - I'm a kindergarten teacher, so I can teach little ones to read, but computer things? Nah...not my jam. So when I began my journey with the SysTools Gmail Backup, I knew it would be a bumpy ride - not because of the software, but because of my own miniscule knowledge of tech. I ran into a few snags - most tech savy people would know how to run an .exe but not this girl - and Alan Thomas, the SysTools chat agent, was incredibly helpful and got me on my feet. Then, after running the software, I realized I had backed it up as a pst file instead of a pdf...so back to Alan I ran. He helped me resolve the issue and there were no tears of frustration. It's all running smoothly now and I know that if I need any further assistance, Alan is gonna help me out. Thank you Alan - I know I was a pain in the behind.

Great support

Great support from Kaira Martin. There was no waiting. It was later in the evening and got help right away. I had issues with activating the viewer and we went thru a couple of iterations to activate, possibly because of an older PC. ost-viewer works great in that it identified contacts that I could not see.

Needed a Tool to save data from Windows Live Mail running on a Windows 7 PC in a format that could be used on a Dell Notebook running Windows 11 and Outlook (Classic). Did a bunch of research on the various tools available and landed on SysTools Windows Live Mail Converter as the one we wanted to try. Downloaded the Demo Version, and the tool worked great for our need. We purchased the Full License in order to carry out the Full Conversions. A Great Tool.

Kaira Martin was extremely helpful and knowlegable about needs and products. A lot of internet searching resulted in a lot options NOT needed.
I have working OST and PST data files - very close to max allowed size. I want to export (convert then kill original) emails - PLUS their attachments in their ORIGINAL file format - in order to reduce the working size of my OST or PST files. SysTools systems to be the best option

Andreas Santos was excellent. He was very patient and walked me through the process of converting. he responded promptly and was in command of the subject matter.

The demo is not very clear to a non-tech savvy person like me.
