Alan Thomas was a very big help. had some issues with installing registering the software but he took the time out to resolve my issue. Very professional and very supportive. It was a pleasure working with Alan and the Systools group!

I prchased the product and attempted to use it but it runs slowly on my computer and constantly freezes. I saw they have a 30 day money back guarantee so i was comfoted by this. so they denied my refund saying I have to try tech support once. Not sure how they are going to make it run any fast so much for a guarantee whatch thier fine print !!!!

At first the start-up documentation was not clear about the steps required to install the product, At the time of original attempt, I had less opportunity to 'poke and hope' in getting the product activated. Originally I wanted to abandon the purchase, thinking the effort was not beneficial to me. Later when I had more time and ingratiated the install process, it went a bit better due to the install security requirements.
I reached out again to customer support, and was successfully assisted by Rob Lee, who had the patience and methods to get my install working and my product activation initiated. I now have a working product, will accept purchase as originally completed, and now have eMail backup security. Thanks to Rob Lee.

I ended up getting what I needed, but initially there wasn't a willingness to help. It was all links to YouTube and articles, which makes sense when people don't do any googling to attempt to fix their issue before going to the help desk. I was frustrated with this, and instead of Kaira Martin asking questions to understand where I may be struggling, I was asked to download a screen viewer so the person helping me could see what I was doing and then go an try a different version of doing things themselves. Not super comfortable with this as I had to download a secondary program onto my computer to get a solution when I just downloaded SysTools, but I did get a solution using this method by watching instead of getting a written explanation. I think this could have been solved without me having to download another unnecessary software, with the person helping me asking questions and understanding where I was coming from, instead of throwing links at me and then making me download something, but it worked.

I bought several products an all worked well. I got perfect support, when things didn't work at the first time via Chat. Great Customer service 24/7. Better than the administrators in my company. Thanks to Rob Lee.

I needed to convert my email from my office pc to my mac and Rob Lee has been very helpfull.

After a shandy start all is now well.

We had difficulties configuring google for exporting mailboxes and Rob Lee was able to get us through it. I appreciate the both the speed of response (withing a minute) and completenes of the documentation provided.

I had a problem with Systools Import tool. In the corresponging online guide, it is said in Step 5 that "You have to put these files in their respective folders (created with the name of target G Suite email IDs)". Support told me "Folders are treated as source" so the folders names should be named after Outlook users names and not Google Workspace users names...

Very helpfull and patient when i dealt with Rob Lee and after a little while we had a positive outcome to my issue.

J'ai téléchargé le logiciel "gratuit": msg-viewer.exe sur SysTools. Certes, il est gratuit, on s'attend à un service minimum, ok, j'ai juste besoin qu'il décode les fichiers .msg que certaines administrations continuent à envoyer comme si c'étaient des fichiers lisibles par tout le monde. Pour l'installation, il me demande l'accès aux modifications de mon ordinateur. J'accepte et j'installe le programme. Je l'utilise une première fois, ce n'est pas convivial : on ne sait pas lui fournir le fichier à lire, il veut le rechercher lui-même dans les dossiers. Bizarre. Il arrive à trouver puis lire le fichier et à m'afficher les pièces attachées comme promis, mais impossible de les télécharger. Il faut faire de multiples copies d'écran pour les récupérer +/- lisibles. Ok c'est gratuit. Le lendemain, je relance le programme, il ne trouve plus les fichiers.msg, il ne fonctionne plus que pour demander d'installer la version payante. Cette méthode de vente marche peut être aux États-Unis, mais c'est pénible d'être pris pour un pigeon. Pourquoi ne pas dire clairement programme à l'essai et fournir un programme correct qui donne confiance ?

I have to be completely honest. I've been using SysTools PST Splitter Tool for almost a year with great satisfaction and no problems. The only real but significant need arose when my old PC broke down beyond repair. So I contacted Technical Support, and I found a person who was not only highly skilled in technology, but also incredibly knowledgeable and kind: Rob Lee.
Without him, I would never have been able to solve the problem, but thank God, there are still people out there who are truly knowledgeable and attentive to customer needs.
