I have tried multiple backups, been using Advik Gmail Backup since 2023 and have found it to be perfect. Very customizable for folders, etc. Save backup to cloud, very effective.

Advik clams to have a 30 days refund, but thats not true.

I bought a PST converter that didn't worked correctly. After many hours of trying I fund another solution to my challenge and therefor asked for a refund.

But Advik will not give any refund without their technical team have identified a specific issue.

That is naturally not possible and by de-facto this means there is no 30 days refund.
This is scam and lies from a poor company....

The Roundcube Backup failed time and time again. I could export 1 email at a time. When It would created a Mbox file it would not import into another server that uses Roundcube. Waiting on a refund.

Purchased on-line email back-up program. Received email stating I would receive within 4 hours, but Your order will most likely be processed within the next 4 hours, but in no case will it take more than 24 hours. Followed up with on-line chat and was told it did not go through and suggested resubmitting order through and alternate source or wait the 24 hours. After 24 hours and no receipt of activation key, alternative methods were used. Then received an activation code at 10:30 at night (36 hours after initial purchase). Immediately contacted them (7:00 a.m. next morning). They refuse to refund the purchase even though they did not meet their deadline and the program has not been activated. BE VERY AWARE of their refund terms --- literally says if program isn't working you have to SEND THEM YOUR FILES and if they can't fix it... they will then send you a refund. Giving this company access to confidential emails is insane.

Just experienced the best email migration service.
Technical support was little delay but was worthy.

Works but you can only migrate ALL emails if you want to have all labels on the transferred emails.
So if you transfer all emails with label A all other labels of these emails are missing …

I love to use the Advik software for my migration project. We were using Google Services & then decided to migrate to Microsoft Office 365. With Advik tools, we easily able to migrate all of our data, which is almost 200GB in a single go.

Yesterday i bought Advik Email Backup Wizard to download emails from Google Workspace to external hard drive. The software has tons of features that i was unable to understand the use. Anna explained each and every function without getting irritated from my questions. Genuine people with extreme good qualities to deal with customers.

Successfully backed up my gmail account to pc.
Customer support is phenomenal.

Yesterday I purchased one of Adviks programs to help me with a migration. It was $39. Shame on me for not reading more thoroughly, but the version I purchased was only for PCs and I have a Mac I emailed them 5 minutes after purchasing, said that I had a Mac and politely asked for a refund. He responded that they do have a Mac version but it’s $99. I wrote back and explained that that was out of my budget and can I please have a refund. he wrote back again and tried to sell me that they can do the service for me for an additional fee. I made a simple mistake and a more customer centric company would have simply give me my money back. He just kept trying to sell me more stuff. My final email told him to forget about it and then I’ll just eat it. Clearly, I was annoyed at that point, but rather than try to please an upset customer, he didn’t respond at all. At the end of the day, it was MY mistake, but the way they handled it assures that I will never do business with this company again. I hope the $39 was worth it.

After, I found a wonderful guy on Fiverr who did it for me for $15. It took 10 minutes.
