This software and the support team around it online are fantastic. It WORKED as advertised and was easier than I could have imagined!

Very unclear what you are buying. Bought a license that I thought it was for mac but it turned out to be for windows. Tried to be refunded but no joy, they just referred to refund policy and that's it.

The live chat is nothing short of fantastic. The best customer service I have ever experienced. I had been struggling with some tasks and thanks to support I was able to make huge progress towards completion.

I was having a problem using BitRecover MBOX Converter Wizard where it was losing the dates on my old e-mails. The customer support representative suggested I download a different product of theirs, RecoveryTools Eudora Migrator. The trial version worked, retaining the dates, and the customer support rep transferred my license from one product to the other. Excellent service; I was quite happy.

Very handy service (emailbackupwizard) for transferring data from one mail provider to another. The downloadable wizard is clear and handy to use for an intermediate PC user. Also very good support if anything is amiss.

I mistyped my email address. So, I started a chat. I have experiences chatting with my bank, so I expected a loooong waiting time. But no. Reaction was within seconds. Very good service!

I had a problem re-activating Maildir Migrator after a reinstallation.

The support agent clearly explained that you need to keep BOTH the license key and the installation files because a purchased license key works only for upgrades (reinstall with new version) within 12 months.

The older versions are not available for download.
They proposed a renewal at 50% of the current price.

All this was solved within 20 minutes
