Bad Experience
Tried their free converter for OneNote files. It looked like it had converted but the files were empty. I contacted their customer service, they requested I send them a couple of files to analyze. I did, and then followed up with them at least 3 times. They kept saying they were working on it, but after 3 months I still didn't have an answer. It's been over a year now and they never followed up with me.

I was looking for a tool which converts my MSG emails as well as the attachments to PDF format and I tried the demo version of the MSG to PDF converter got excellent result and also they have customized the tool for me to support my language characters within 24 hours, awesome... you people are the best!

A partial success - be prepared to spend time making it work.
When my hard drive failed I found the backed up e-mails were not compatible with my new e-mail software so I needed software for conversion. I tried the free version of Bitrecover and it worked on the 25 e-mails at a time that the free version will do. I purchased the full version and it partially worked. When working on a folder of more than 30,000 e-mails it converted slightly more than 1,000. Technical support were some help and enabled me to view all 30,000+. But this is not quite the same as conversion and has obvious limitations. Eventually I worked out how to convert most of the others (barring about 30) by viewing, copying and pasting in groups. This took quite a bit of time.

I grabbed personal license of BitRecover EML to PST Converter and I have successfully changed .eml files to .pst format but I was facing problem to import resultant .pst files to my Outlook email client then I had taken help of support team after that I had successfully completed the process. A lot of thanks to support team ones again.
