Amazing service!

In my experience, the orders consisting of variety of spares sometimes are messed up due to the vast diversity of spares nomenclature. My recent order placed at Asusparts.eu has fallen into this category unfortunately, but the company support department has applied the best of their effort in order to fix the arisen mix up in the shortest time possible. Great job!
I put 4 stars just to warn the others that mistakes are possible, but rest assured -- this company will do their best to make things right eventually.

Ordered an ASUS adapter on Tuesday, received it on Friday in the UK. Excellent service, highly recommended, thank you.

I ordered an internal part of laptop (small USB/HDMI board) from Asusparts.eu. It was in delayed stock and the part was sent after one week and delivered to CZ after another 5 days. The part looks just like the original part and work perfectly.

Really pleased with the service I received from this company. Not only did they actually *stock* the obscure part I wanted - saving me from the perils of a Chinese replica - they were supportive all the way through with some delivery address changes I needed. 100% recommended; will buy from again.

ASUS-supporten hänvisade mig att handla ett nytt laptop-batteri till min ASUS G75VW, på Asus Parts (www.asusparts.eu).

Allting gick bra med själva beställningen och leveransen, jag fick hem rätt produkt på 3 dagar. Det hade varit 2 dagar om Posten hade velat leverera hem till mig, vilket de inte ville.

I was suggested by my computer company to buy a new li-on battery at Asus Parts, a division of Zandparts.

The battery was stated to be Remote Stock, when I first ordred it.

They took the money from account while the item was still in remote stock, meaning, that they took money before even dispaticning time.

As the estimated time range was expired, I contacted Asusparts by mail and then by Chat, where I was told that they expected to dispatch within 5 days from that day.

After 6 days, I tried to contact them since nothing happend, but no one were answering, though it stated that the chat connection was open for chat on the site.

After close to 3 hours, I emailed them to cancel my order, and ask for a full refund, and full details on that.

The next day, less than 24 hours after, I recieved an email confirming that they reciecved my cancellation, and details on my refund.

That full refund came 2 days after I got the email from them confirming my cancellation.

I give 3 stars and not 1 or 2, for the customer friendly contact and the relative quick refunding, but I wanted a product that I paid for...where my money was even taken without dispatching.

That is not customer friendly service in my mind..and thus, I will likely not be looking for something in here again.

Då jag letade efter en reservdel till min Asus ROG G74X så fann jag flera hemsidor, men efter kontrollerat var webservern var (Zandparts är i Sverige) så valde jag detta företag. Hemsidan ser enkel ut men det gick bra att beställa och betala. Mail om packning/postning kom som förväntat och varan kom hem på mindre än 5 dagar och passade perfekt. Priset för denna del var konkurrenskraftigt, medan andra delar var dyrare än väntat i jämförelse på nätet.

This was the third webshop I tried to get an adapter for my Aspire S5. I ordered one from this company on the 1st of October and they withdrew money from my credit card straightaway. Eventually they sent me the incorrect part and now in December I have ordered it direct from Acer as it had been out of stock there. The staff at Zandparts didn't seem to care that they couldn't deliver my order and didn't make any effort in getting the item from Acer. Any time I checked on their site over the past months they had an expected delivery time of 7 days for the item. This was the worst experience I've ever had with an online store.

Selvom at det virkede som en standardsag, så fik jeg den rigtige skærm til min bærbare computer efter en e-post korrespondance og 2 dages.

man køber modtager det forkerte. så skal man sende billede af det de har sendt forkert. havde ikke muligheden for det. så retunerede pakken. men de vil ikke refundere de 130,00 Dkr.
måden de svarer på er helt hen i vejret.
