Seems to be a scam, my order has not been sent out and when I contacted them there is no answer. You also cannot log in to check your order.
All other companies send you order updates and dispatch updates. It's probably gone out of business and has closed, without removing the website.

Credit card claim started and will be resolved in my favour as there no response to that either.

Note the website keeps morphing. It is now it-supplies, this clearly seems a scam now.

I ordered a Hvin HS420 VGPU pc case, like others, can't message, sign into my account, no reply from emails, tracking on their site doesn't work, 100% scam, Have reported to my credit card company, hopefully I will get a refund.

SCAM ALERT! Although some sites on the internet suggests that this company is legit, it isn't!

Paid £48 for a product that after 17 days still hasn't arrived. Emailed 'info@pcnova' several times - no answer.

These where formally pinntech.co.uk, scammed me out of £220, no emails or anything, I feel for the people that have lost more, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE, apparently fraud investigation team are onto them, and then Prison time

Fraudulent and a scam. Do not go with AI suggestions for this retailer or Scamadviser which suggests its legit. Purchased a laptop, never came. Tracking information is a dead click, setting up an account is not possible. Now reported to banks CC fraud team to investigate. There are also false reviews out there. Avoid! AI results need to say SCAM.

Unfortunately, I have succumbed to this scam website. I would never have considered this site had it not been identified by my Microsoft shopping app as providing a better price on a mobile phone compared to Argos. With hindsight I wish I ignored this message. It is now 7 days and I have not received my mobile phone. I tried emailing PC Nova on a number of occasions and have threatened legal action which I am in the process of considering alongside contacting my credit card company. I attempted sending communication via PC Nova website with no success. My payment of £225.67 was invoiced through Gamerigz. This is not a legitimate website. A lesson learnt. Stick with your familiar websites.

Should be 0 stars. Don't buy from them. I ordered a phone which never arrived. Complained and asked for a refund. Didn't receive any response so threatened legal action including sending a Letter Before Court Action to their email and address. Don't buy from them but if you do and they mess you around the owner of the company and their real address can be found on companies house. You need to search for GameRigz Ltd which is the real company name and will give you the address to send any court action to. If you dig around online there's a phone number but I never had any luck ringing it. I couldn't find much information online about the owner (name's on Companies House) but hopefully the name and address should be enough if you need to chase them.
I finally received a refund after threatening court action but shouldn't have had to resort to that.

Paid 14.95 for express delivery. Firstly this only gives you 3 to 5 working days which is incredibly expensive, and 3 days later still no confirmation of dispatch and no response from customer services. Having seen the other reviews I'm hoping klarna are helpful.

DO NOT make an order from these thiefs its a SCAM even their head quaters address is some random house on google maps.
Made an order for a mobile phone around £650, got a confirmation email from 3 different companies and that was it, item was never received and no reply to any emails and the contact number provided in one of the emails does not work.

Placed an order with pcnova 10 days ago for a managed switch. I received the invoice and full payment was taken immediately for £461. Since then no contact regarding delivery, no response to 4 emails. A contact number received in the invoice email is dead and support links received with the invoice are dead links.
Payment was handled by gamerigs plc and a link in the invoice email takes me to gamingkit.co.uk.

I would be very careful with all these entities and will alert action fraud.

Please be very careful when buying anything from this seller. I bought AirPods 2nd generation. First impressions was ok. I paid extra for a quicker delivery. I should receive items in 5 working days. Was waiting 2.5 weeks and no contact from the seller. After 2 emails i received answer that there was a delay(really) When AirPods has arrived I’ve checked serial number and found it that AirPods was 2 years old. Now they dropping connection. Send few emails to exchange faulty items or get refund but no answer. Pure scam!!!!! Stay away

pcnova is a scam site

i ordered and paid for a motorola edge 60 and it never arrived.
despite several emails they have not responded..their limited company name is GAMERIGZ ltd which they use to take the money..this is also a SCAM site

they have a glossy shopfront but the apparent support operation is a scam

i await news from my cc provider on my claim for a refund

Placed an order for a hard drive at 16.19 on 6th July 2026. A short while later I relaised that the drive I was looking to replace was not faulty so I emailed pcnova to cancel the order at 17.19 on the same day.

I didn't get any reply or acknowledgement depiste their '24/7 online support'.

Although order was placed with PCNova I received an inovice from them and a payment receipt from Gamerigz. I emailed both companies on their respective email addresses on 9th July about the cancellation of my order, but still no reply.

I called the number provided on the inovice but it is not working. I tried the customer service links on my emails but they are not active.

Worst possible after sales service as a result of the experience I have had. Luckily I paid by credit card so will have some recompense if they don't cancel the order which has been charged to my card.

If I still receive the order I will send it back but you need an RMA and their website form and emails are not being replied to so not sure what the outcome will be, as the address given on their website is stated as not for returns!!!

Just be very cautious if spending money with this company.

Placed an order with him 10 days ago. They took payment (under the name Gamerigz. Didn't send order confirmation. Didn't send product. Sent one reply to my email asking for info I'd already provided and then stopped replying to email at all.
In summary: took my money and disappeared.
