I needed a new ASUS power adapter because I broke mine. Ordered it yesterday, received it today from Sweden via UPS. Tracked it online and it arrived at 16:40 today.
Not sure why SOME people have given this company negative reviews and refer to them as a scam site. If you go on to the ASUS website, open the chat and ask for replacement parts - they advise you to contact this company as an authorised reseller..so it isn't a scam site. If the parts take ages to arrive because ASUS haven't manufactured them - how is that Zandparts fault? SOME of the reviewers on here are cretins.

I ordered some parts a year ago, they never arrived. The company never updated me on the whereabouts of the order and never gave a refund.

Pretty much a scam site.

Received a pair of laptop speakers. They worked fine and came at an alright time given the global circumstances. Cheap also.

Very fast shipping. Despite the delivery time which was estimated for 4-6 weeks, I received my order in one week. Very well packed. Parts are original from Asus. Price ... cheaper than on the biggest China auction portal.

I bought hinges for Asus UX360C - laptop.

I ordered Asus notebook parts during COVID-19 lockdown. It was the only webshop that had the needed parts and the price was not too bad too.
Delivery was a bit slow because some parts were on back order but when they finally arrived they were securely packaged and flawless.

I placed an order for a CPU cooling fan on 20/04. Nowhere on the invoice does it indicate the expected delivery date. Fair play, they've eventually replied to my second email saying it would be 'early June'. I am in lock-down due to Corona virus, with no computer, and their lead time on a fan is 7 weeks? (Made to order?)
Went out yesterday and bought a new HP. Would never consider an Asus product again. Hey Ho, we live and learn - it's when you NEED them that you find out how good they are.

I will emphatically state that you'll should avoid making your orders from this company. They're unfaithful and very poor at dealing with managing orders. I made order for a replacement of my ASUS charger, the ETA was more than a month. I was patient to wait but still didn't get it. After about 6 weeks I still didn't get my order. I eventually had to cancel the order. So disgusting service! You'll should avoid them, please.

Ordered a replacement lvds cable for my asus gaming 240hz screen,

The delivery time stated on the order summary was 2 to 4 weeks. After a month and no updates I decided to contact them only to be told that the order would have taken further 2 months (end of April) to be dispatched.

They didn't even care to drop me an email to make me aware of the huge delay. A complete and utter awful service.

Avoid at all costs!

Recently bought a new back cover for my laptop after it broke. The part was sent the next day and two days later I received the package from UPS. It was the exact item that I ordered, it fit perfectly on my laptop and arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition.

I ordered an adapter for my computer. The order confirmation stated an estimated delivery time from 2-4 weeks, since they had to order spare parts from Asus. 5 weeks I sent a mail asking about dilvery. they changed the estimated arrivel to 8 weeks after purchace. After 8 weeks I asked again. Then they changed the estimated arrivel to 16 (!) weeks.

Luckely the cancelled the order when I asked to do that.

Their suppert answered quickly on my mails, but 16 weeks delivery is terrible.

I can not recommend Zandparts.

Poor customer service, they don't answer to a phone call...

Att dom påstår att deras varor är "original" eller att deras garanti endast är sex månader?

Beställde vad jag trodde original laddare till min Acer laptop då denna butik rekommenderades av Acer, strax efter 6-7 månader började laddarens kabel börja krångla. Den tappade kontakten och slutade ladda datorn. Tar hem en exakt laddare som man får vid köp av samma Acer och den är visuellt annorlunda, mycket mindre och lättare. Den gnäller inte, så jag kan konstatera att adapten som köptes från Zandpart är av sämre kvalite.

Håll er borta från Zandparts (eu) (com). Läs omdömen här på Trustpilot innan du handlar någonstans.

Got the ordered part to spec, new and in original OEM packaging. Took 3 working days to be delivered in Benelux from ordering (in stock).

I have place and PAID an order more than a month ago.
I gave up my last spare hope my item will be ever delivered.

Je leur fait savoir qu'il y a obligation pour toute vente à distance, d'indiquer 1 date de livraison.

I ordered a new British qwerty upper cover for my Acer Predator Helios 300 laptop on the 18th February 2019 on the website zandparts.com. The estimated delivery time was said to be from 4 to 8 weeks, but the keyboard arrived in less than 2 weeks after ordering beforehand. I had also contacted the customer service through mail beforehand and they answered very quickly. I am completely satisfied with the product and the service provided.
