I have used simply electronics on several occasions with delightful outcomes - fast, efficient, well priced and a fantastic delivery service, due notice given and options available for delivery. I would not hesitate in recommending your services.

Have not received item 7 weeks after money taken from my account I will take further action. Phone calls to the customer service team are very expensive and did not help to solve the dispute. I am getting the same rehearsed response every time I call. They promise it will be delivered next week every week for several weeks now.

Seems as though I share the same experience as a number of the reviews made on this company. I usually go to reputable companies but sadly I didn't on this occasion and am paying the price. I bought an IPAD Air £359 which I was told would be delivered in 4 to 6 working days. I waited and waited and nothing. I ended up emailing them and was told that it was delayed. I asked how much of a delay only to be told eventually 'a significant delay'. I asked to cancel and refund as this was a gift which I needed asap. I was told 3-6 working days for a refund! That is a joke! I phoned and was shouted at by an assistant who repeatedly shouted over and over 'email the helpline, email the helpline.......'. I sent an email only to be told it was a priority and so many weeks later its still a priority! Ive passed to Trading Standards and will be contacting Watchdog and any other group necessary. Please don't use this company unless you want trouble!!

Ordered a FitBit early in June. When it hadn't arrived after two weeks I checked the order status and it said that the order was delayed - they hadn't contacted me about this. So I immediately cancelled the order. Numerous emails later, no refund despite continued promises. They have basically taken £82 of my money and kept it. Have never ever had such a bad online experience - I have never had to leave a bad review about an online company before. Save your money, and your time, and do not use this company

I ordered two phones from SE on 26/06/16 (about £400) with a promised delivery date within 10 working days. Today, 19/07/16, my items have not been dispatched yet despite the order has been on priority despatch for more than a week. A lot of e-mails sent to them were just replied without any information. I told them on Sunday that I would report it to the Hong Kong cyber police if my items were not sent by today. I've just done it and they are following the case.

I've just sent an e-mail to SE to let them know about this and to tell them that I will not take it further with the police if my items are dispatched now.

All I can say so far is avoid, they take your money the first day and never deliver. I don't think they should be allowed to sell in the UK or Europe and wouldn't recommend anyone to use them.

I'll update you if something changes and will be very honest and change my review if they finally deliver and it's good quality, as the price was cheap.

**UPDATE 20/07/16: after a few conversations more and SE saying that they cannot guarantee a delivery date (which I understand because the would never do it), I've now just cancelled my order. Yes, I know I might never get a refund, but I will try. I know there is no one to blame apart from my own stupidity, I should have read your reviews before but, hopefully, someone will read mine and not buy from them. I also hope that this company gets closed down. In the meantime, I would appreciate any ideas on how to get a refund from them. (If someone has ever got one...). Thanks

TODAY : 19/07/2016 = MORE THAN 2 MONTHS AND ALMOST WAITING FOR A REFUND ! ! ! ! !

As with so many other reviews here, I did not receive my item after around 8 weeks of waiting and despite repeatedly contacting them and being told that I would receive it shortly. I then cancelled my order, which they acknowledged but still have not received my money back a further 4 weeks down the line.

Have raised a dispute case with my credit card company.

Totally unacceptable behaviour from this company, just terrible!

Worst experience ever. I placed the order and paid on 08/05/2016, after 3 weeks I cancelled the order as the item was not received and only on 15/07/2016 is when I finally received my refund. They have the worst customer service, their phones are always busy, they select e-mails to which to respond, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless if you want to waste your time and possibly your money. This company has SCAM written all over. They receive payment and they DO NOT DELIVER GOODS, and THEY DO NOT REFUND when required. AVOID AVOID AVOID is all I can say.

Still trying to get my money back. I paid over 550 euros for a mobile I never received, after a month from purchase I gave up sending emails and asked to be refunded. This was nearly a month ago. I am still waiting for the refund and now opening a charge back with my bank. Simply do not buy from these guys!

I have ordered Beats Studio Wireless headphones on 30-06-2016 and not received yet. Surprisingly "simplyelectronics" web site is not working from 18-07-2016. How to contact them? Let me know if any one have their contact details.

Company appears to be scam. Everything is delayed despite being in stock. After seeing this site and realising the error of my ways I cancelled the order. Now waiting for refund, but guess what, delayed.

I think they just try and keep all the money for as long as possible to earn interest on it until you get it back, if you ever get it back that is. Or maybe delay it so long that you card company says its too late.

Has anyone got money back from them?
Will wait two more days (to give them the 6 working days refund they claim on their site) and then I will contact VISA.

So my advice. Don't use this company ever. Save yourself the headache and the loss of money.

I ordered a MacBook for my daughter's birthday, which did not arrive within the original delivery date. Having chased this several times I was given longer and longer delivery estimates. I eventually had to cancel the order and get the item elsewhere. I was given an apology and promised a full refund. It is now over a month later and no sign of a refund. The Simply Electronics website says that my refund 'is on priority rank'. Absolutely shocking service.

I placed an order on 19th June and phoned after 2 weeks to be told they were experiencing high volume of orders and to wait another week. I have waited another 2 weeks and order has still not been sent.. I have now cancelled my order but I am now sure there will be an issue getting a refund. The prices may look good but the service is not. 1 month - I'm out of pocket and no phone. Very Very gutted.

Ten days after my order had been cancelled (6 weeks since payment was taken) and still no refund. Absolutely appalling behaviour from a company.

This Company has gone into liquidation.

Good price advertised, stating item in stock. 2 weeks later still not arrived, much correspondence with them, polite, but have done nothing to return my £300+. Almost a month and they still have not processed refund. I notice that I am in a queue for refunds. It takes 2 minutes to refund a card purchase. If I'm waiting for weeks to get a refund how long is this queue they have. Please take note, do not use them. I paid a bit more to another company and phone was here next working day

I will make them famous for their scams if I didn't get my money back by Friday 14th July '16 and I didn't so I have started on Twitter... get involved and friends to share

If we just argue with them they will continue to do what they are doing and we all lose out and don't believe that random MUG in between all these negative comments claiming a 5 star service. Wonder where or who he works for... Do it guys and make them trend, they have to learn.

This company is a scam company. I have reviewed them before and they have put a misleading message on suggesting I will get a refund. I haven't yet and I doubt I will.

Basically they offer for sale goods they don't have. When you eventually cancel your extremely late order they will then promise to refund your money. They won't.

They are thieves and dishonest. Also, they use Skrill which means you won't get your money back as its a four way party agreement and doesn't qualify for s75 protection.

Do not use Simply Electronics. They are simply fraudsters.

Paid for a camera on 9th May that they did not supply. Asked for a refund at the beginning of May and I am still waiting. Keep sending them emails but no answer. I will now have to try and get my money back through my credit card company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE LIARS AND CHEATS.

After many weeks waiting for my goods and a lot of Emails I decided to cancel my order. They try to sweeteners me by offering extras but if I have not got the goods what use is that?

I looked around and found a better offer and the item arrived within a week.

I am now trying to get my money back only to be told that it is being expedited. If this is fast I hate to see slow.

I am now going to my credit card provider to see if they can do anything.

Gave them 15 days to send me the phone before cancelling.
One month later I've still not received a refund:

I should have noticed even the web site isn't https !!!

I order online Sony Xperia Z5 on 11June2016 as it was mentioned in their site that it will be dispatched in 3-5 days. Now it's more than month but still product is not dispatched. I made numerous phone calls to customer care and ONLY response I got was there are backlogs which they are trying to clear and we will dispatch your item in next couple of days but however they are not sure about delivery date. Later on from couple days they said it will be anytime this week and then next week and on and on. Now I received response saying they are currently unable to provide an estimated delivery date for the order. I am sure that they have no intention to deliver the product.
I had always received contradicting information when I phone customer care vs email response.
Only empty promises with no delivery. They are very unprofessional in their commitment and communication as well.
I strongly recommend NOT TO BUY products from SIMPLY ELECTRONICS just pay few pounds more but buy it from reliable vendor.
I should have read the review before buying the product.
