I was a customer of Chinavasion for about five years virtually all there products failed within six months and you never got your money refunded for their shoddy goods
Stopped using them around 2013
Wicked company blatant fraudsters

I bought a Drone and two additional batteries from ChinaVasion at a cost of £70. The drone turned up without a battery and the 2 additional batteries never arrived.
Despite numerous emails they have only refunded the cost of the 2 batteries (£22), not the drone, shipping or tax and seem determined not to do so.

Please avoid this company, this has being going on for months

Poor communication! I am still waiting to get a tracking number as goods state still processing order and no information on when I will get my goods.

2 times I have been waiting for orders to arrive to my customers and then I message Chinavasion to ask where they are and they tell me they hadn't been sent because they didn't have the product in stock. Also another time a customer complained because the product was faulty. Wouldn't recommend Chinavasion!

I ordered a phone from Chinavasion in May 2020, I'm still waiting for it despite every effort to have my delivery or a refund. I sadly left it too late for the PayPal cover. Don't laugh, but I stupidly believed that honesty would prevail. Then the abusive messages from Angelina, 'we have sent it', 'check with customs and DHL' 'you must pay the duty'. £91.68 is a lot of money to have stolen apart from enduring abuse.

Ordered 5 products that do not work. Did not get what I originally ordered, but a replacement. Did pay 44 $ for the order and they say they culd do a full refund if i send the product pack, only problem taht it cost 50 $ to send back and the dont want to pay for return. A gang of thieves who do not want to make up for it. Brag of good support and so on .. you can put it where the sun does not shine. Never going to shop there again

I brought a phone for my son 6 months ago through chinavasion. The battery has since expanded and ripped the phone apart. I have tried to contact chinavasion many times as per the instructions to get the phone repaired or replaced. It has been a month now and still nothing from them

Non posso mettere zero stelle, ma ero Gold partner, ogni comanda che ho fatto ( + di 1000 Euro a volta) avevo un articolo mancante o addirittura NON funzionante ! l'ultima e definitiva comanda ho ricevuto tutti i prodotti danneggiati .. finito lavorare con loro !

I order from 25 August and they only tell me lies very unprofessional service. I will report my order to the credit company together with the many emails they send me.

This is "one of the doggiest company" you will ever come with... I have spent a few hundred USD in 2010 and 2/3 items were rubbish and did not match with the pictures.. so I had tried to contact but 'no joy' then they had contacted me through my email and asked me to give 5-star reviews so they will offer me something... ( do not remember exactly what because it was a decade ago) I wrote. bad review and my review never been published and that is why you see all five-star reviews because if you give them a bad review then they will never be published, I feel pity some for people who are really 'greedy'' and give a five-star review for few dollars? I have just received an email from CHINAVASON that is why it clicked in my head.. if someone conns me once then I do not give them a second chance even though I'm a business man.. and I do not want people to make the same mistake what I made a decade ago...

I have been using Chinavasion for years with no real problems. However , late last year I was waiting weeks for goods to be sent to me, gave up in the end and asked for money back as they hadn't sent them out. No response until I got paypal involved with a case against them, they refunded me.Put it down to a blip, I ordered a phone recently, out of stock, would I like a refund or credit, chose credit as wanted to order other things but in the meantime I bought another phone from them instead that was better, more expensive but better.
I also bought a load of masks .
Still waiting a few weeks later, the masks have been sent out according to them but no sign of the phone being sent out, no replies to my messages now and I have asked for my credit to be returned as have decided that's it, no more and will tell them to close my account. I am about to take out yet another paypal case against them to get my money back, god knows where the phone is but it's not with me. Chinavasion used to be good when I first used them back in 2012, now, I woud NOT recommend them at all but IF you do use them, USE paypal as at least you can get your money returned if they dont send the goods or faulty ones.
EDITED to add: The masks finally turned up. I am still at loggerheads with them over the refund I am owed. It needs to go back into paypal , they keep telling me it's gone to my credit card (which I dont use) I simply can't get them to understand it needs to go back in to the paypal and not on to a card! 22 emails back and forth so far and still no refund. I will wait for paypal to sort it out and do a chargeback if necessary, terrible communications with them. DH Gate are better!
Another update, still battling with them over my credit I had in my chinavasion account of £72.40, they say they sent the goods (a phone) they didn't as it was out of stock and have the emails from them to prove it, robbing scumbags what ever you do people DON'T use chinavasion, if you do don't ever use their credit service, you wil NOT get it back they are thieves.

On January 7, 2020 I bought a phone (HOMTOM P30 Pro) for $100. I received the product on May 18, but the operating system was missing on the device!

After losing 3 days to look for (unsuccessfully) a remedy with the support, I returned the phone for about $30 shipping.

On July 15th (after more than 6 months) I received the phone with the operating system in English and without a button on the left side.

Really a poor service with loss of time and money, at the customer's expense.

Never again!

I have shopped with Chinavasion for over ten years and never had a problem. The only time I placed an order for something that was out of stock I had a very quick email to tell me when it would be back in stock or an offer to change my order, which I did and the new item came very quickly. There is some cheap junk but when you buy only on price don't expect the best quality. I usually head for a mid price range and have not been disappointed.

Semi-legitimate, but kind of a scam. Some orders go through and arrive but many don't get sent, or are damaged, or broken, or fakes. Not worth risking your money on a 50/50 gamble.

I bought an expensive mobile phone in Chinavision.

I had to send the device two times, as first they have send me back the device in exact same condition without repairing anything.
I have sent it once more, after providing them a few videos with the GPS problem reproduction they said they will send me a brand new one - of course they have sent me exactly same broken device back,
unfixed and did not even had slightiest decency for reimbursing for the costs of 1st return. They have explained that they rely on the producer tests after repairs while they state on their page they perform a Quality Control before sending back, and that seems to be a lie.
They have explicityle written they rely on the producer feedback!

Also they require Tax payement receipts so they attach it with the package (they say they do) on the return after fixing; to ease customs processing - BUT THEY NEVER DID IT, they have never attached my receipt and I had to explain and prove again and again that I had paid customs already and send the receipt on my own.

I do not recommend using they services as I have never been treated so badly by a seller.

Trusted website with very good service availability. Very Helpful and reliable.
In some cases the price is compatitive related to others but is many cases the prices are much higher.

Chinavision.com is a very bad site. The items ordered were either damaged or did not match the description. Face masks into which a filter could be slid into were only single-walled, so nothing could get in. Other orders arrived damaged.
You may get a new product, but you must have returned the defective product first. The costs are often higher than the amount that the products had cost.
I would certainly never order anything again at Chinavision.com

I'm Facing the same issue i agree with you i been talking to them by email i still have orders from last month which are pending my customer's been asking and filing case to get there money back many of them got there money and not a good service at all.

I have dropshiped with chinavasion…

I have dropshiped with chinavasion before and still do from time to time and they are ok BUT as long as they have stock for the products. What they don't tell in their website most of the time is that a particular product is out of stock so you buy and 5 days later when you realize it hadn't yet been dispatched, you ask them what's happening and they say it is out of stock! They say that they should get reestocked within 5 days for example and so you can expect the dispatch from 6 to 10 days (on top of those 5 days you already been waiting). Your customers get furious, want a refund and you get a negative feedback. That's what is like working with chinavasion. They are not honest about the stock on their website so you spend days messaging back and forth trying to get information and then finally a refund when you realize you can't wait. Very bad unreliable business.
However if they have the stock for that particular item you bought then they will send it just fine within 3-5 days.
