They have gone out of business, so no use reflecting anymore about their (often disappointing) performance.

Good service delivered in reasonable time. Take caution there is likely to be a uk customs cost to add to any equipment obtained from China.

They were a great store, good customer service.

Chinavasion did not provide good service and they never had anything in stock, just a second rate drop shipper really.

I heard from one of their staff that they are closing down this week. No stock left on their site if you go and have a look.

You know what, I thought this company was kinda cool.But I was wrong.
I have witnesssed first hand how terrible the customer service is with chinavison. And now I witnessed false advertisement on every level including product function, delivery date, etc.

Online said it can fall from high heights, waterproof, blah blah. Well tell me why it fell of of someones lap and boom its f#$%r@ now. But i have a thin alcatel idol 3 with no case or screen protector that fell A LOT and theres not a dent on it. Also, now all of a sudden the phone is discontinued after they were contacted about it?

The phone before this latest one took 2 almost 3 weeks to arrive after an overnight shipping fee was paid. Oh and then the phone only ran on 2g. are you serious....
What I just explained is a tiny morsel of the problems that came from chinavision.
MOST of those 5 start reviews are BS. Even on chinavison.com. You cant event give a review on the site. only feedback. And the "live chat" is offline? Of course it is.

I was reading other victims of chinavisons's reviews and alot of people are saying they never got their refund or the product was f&^# up.

They owe multiple refunds this way but are refusing. They are selling bogus products and not providing real customer service and value.

I was going to give them a chance before I wrote this but they got WAY too many chances. I am still waiting for the response from them.

I have never had this fantastic experience.

I bought 6 digital surveillance cameras and one NVR. After I put them into service, in less than a month the NVR and 2 cameras failled.
I sent these devices back to Chinavasion but they told they were no longer being manufactured and they couldn't repair them anymore because they didin't have spare parts. I tried to negotiate with Chinavasion, asking for my money back, but no way.
In summary, stay away form Chinavasion, do not ever of buying from them, theirs devices are not reliable and you cannot repair any device that may fail.
As for your money back? Ho ho ho ... forget it.

Best service I've ever seen from an overseas company. Shipping was unbelievably quick.

Good communication and fast delivery but quite expensive as they don't pay towards custom fees to the UK. And also the discount code provided by the company does not actually work.
