what a fall from grace.
I have been a platinum customer for over a decade with chinavasion and have spent thousands of dollars while dropshipping with them for my ebay store.
I stopped dropshipping through them a couple of years ago and just recently made a few personal purchases
Absolutely terrible.
Orders sit processing with no movement for two or 3 weeks.
When you finally see a tracking number and in your dashboard it shows the item has been shipped, you check but the tracking number is fake.
When you question it they tell you the item isnt in stock or the order mustve been lost.
Ive just had the item has been lost spiel twice for the same order.
So over 2 months of waffle excuses and now they tell me ill have to wait another few weeks before its even re-sent again, again because they are going on holidays for new years.
Another order made over a month ago, they gave a tracking number and recorded it as being shipped a week or so ago only to tell me today the item isnt in stock. what on earth? Just blatant BS
I dont know whats gone on over there whether they've had layoffs, a change of management or similar but i never had these issues before.
Orders were always shipped within a week or two and received in 3 to 4 weeks.tops.
Oh well, they've seen a platinum customer wave bye bye.
I'll use aliexpress, gearbest and DH Gate etc.
They each have their own small issues but nothing like the crap ive had from chinavasion with my past few orders.
Just terrible.
If i could've, i wouldve given no stars.

Purchased a high spec phone ( all BS and FAKE). The phone arrived 5 weeks latter. It was fitted with a custom rom which displayed (8g and 128 g with 9.1 system and finger / face scan). Also malware which could not be removed. After installation of my sim card I had problems with my mail account. I installed the android program ( AIDA64) which displayed the true values to be ( 1g and 2g with 4.4.2 system). Total rubbish. Unfortunately while waiting for delivery I've ordered several hundred dollars of other android tablets. I expect they will also be fake. Spent your money elsewhere. It's not a nice feeling been screwed over.

ich bin teilweise Enttäuscht, da man nicht mit offenen Karten spielt.
Bei einem Warenkorb von 101€ kamen noch 28,88€ Zoll hinzu.
Die Zollgebühren in Höhe von 28,88€ + ca.30% wurden ohne Vorankündigung vom Paketdienst bei Warenübergabe an der Haustür fällig. Es mußte sofort in Bargeld bezahlt werden.
Hier sollte man den Käufer über die tatsächlichen Kosten bei Bestellung der Ware aufklären. So wie es überall üblich ist.
Im Endefeckt ist ein Preisvergleich sehr sinnvoll. Abgesehen von der Lieferzeit, bei mir waren es ca.3 Wochen.

Absolute scam. Worst on line experience of my life. Still did not ship after a month. Immediately I opened a PayPal case against them they suddenly found stock and tried to get me to close the PayPal case before they shipped. I'm not that stupid.

I ordered something 2 weeks ago from my own site(products come from chinavasion)..still havent received it.......sent emails asking where it is...no replies....i will find another supplier. The product i ordered was for my uncle...he has been all over me asking when he will get it.......dont say 3 - 5 days shipping...thats a lie....very very disapointed

Their customer care is helpfull but
you must think twice if you small trader and needs items available quickly. their refund policy is also unclear, they always spin out time so we don't try to refund. It been nine day since i check out the items but there is no movement

Spam mail, tried to unsubscribe 10 times at least, they keeps
filling my inbox/ spam mail folder with useless offers. Do you really think I will buy from this company another time?

Don’t share your email with them. A better solution would be to avoid this company altogether.

I've orders an android phone which they say they had now after paying they say they don't have it. This company promises much but delivers nothing service quality and reporting is a shambles I would chose another vendor seriously they just disappeared after I asked why they promise then change advertising complete misrepresentation.

CHINAVASION is a HUGE Fraudulent SCAM website. STAY far, far away from this website. They either take 2 months to deliver a product or you will never even receive it. Their customer service is non-existent because they NEVER respond to any emails. I ordered 4 items from them at the beginning of June with 7-20 days delivery time and have only received one of the items. Their policy states they will issue a full refund if their delivery times are not met, but it's hard to do when you don't respond to any emails. I also have a fraudulent charge of $14 on my card from June 28th when I haven't ordered anything else besides the initial 4 items. This is all-around the WORST Chinese supplier I have ever dealt with. Don't save your information because you will get random fraudulent charges, none of the items you ordered, or they will be delivered by 2023. If you have any common sense STAY away from this website. I learned the hard way and have lost hundreds of dollars. Don't make the same mistake!!!!! SERIOUSLY DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!! No matter how good the price looks, because it doesn't matter if you never receive the item.

I ordered a 2in1 tablet for about 420€ on April 2nd. Paid with paypal. After three weeks their support contacted me. They wrote the product was out of stock (but at the same time you could still order it for that price) and they offered me to cancel the order.
First I confirmed my order, only to get another message that they strongly advise me to cancel and reorder when the product would be available. If I didn't answer they would cancel my order and refund me.
Finally, I agreed to cancel as banggood has played the same game with me. Hopefully, I will get my money back.
Conclusion: At the moment, some China warehouses seem to publish many hoax offers, perhaps to collect money, evene if it is only for some weeks.
Maybe someone can explain that business idea

I have ordered for DHL our goods for up to 8 days. I got a fake number twice, then one phone came but wrote that all the goods came. After 30 days he did not return the money and did not deliver the goods !!! The supplied phone does not have accessory parts, so it's useless! In China, we buy goods for $ 500,000 and I have not met such a disaster. Who wants to worry, lose money and buy goods without warranty. I do not recommend anything to buy it's a bunch of liars and cheaters !!!

I ordered a phone. Doesnt work after 5 months and nobody wants to asnwer my emails, not possible to return I wrote to all the services and they just let you down.
I've never seen something like that. This is a bid scum.
They ask you to write good comments in exchange of stuff but this is just to have better rates

No they haven't closed down, Just going through some big changes it seems. Not sure what they are yet, will see middle of November, Mean time they have some very cheap car accessories, just brought a heap of things.

Ordered two phones, both at 60% discount which later pfovrd to be hoax. The "discount" lasted one day, among other things I purchased those phones and all appeared OK. After 4 days they informed me that they will refund the money I paid for those phones, allegedly article is not available. At the same time, article is still available on their pages.

Pretty good order fulfilment but you'd better hope there is no need for this company after the sale. I purchased a $400 phone. Had issues with poor reception from the start. After 3-4 daysof receiving the package I contacted Chinavasion "support". Took several attempts to finally submit ticket due to their site sucking as well. Didn't hear back for 5 business days and contacted again. They replied 3 days later asking me vague questions that I had already explained in much detail. Never received any response from them same day regardless of me replying less than 20 from message receipt. So over the next 2 weeks....they would ask a pointless question or a lame suggestion (example removing battery and restarting)to resolve problem. I would answer the question then have to wait another day for them to not ever answer my questions nor read my replies to know what I have already attempted. No change, still have a phone that doesn't work & they just quite answering my messages all together. So when you read that they have this great return/warranty program....good luck even getting them to provide an rma. They don't seem to stand behind what they sell whatsoever.

Terrible support structure, please don't buy from these people.
