If there were an option for a zero star, i would have chosen that. Our company has ordered business cards from Overnight prints for over 10 years. However, our last order for business cards for 19 people was a disaster, to say the least. They produced and mailed to us business cards WITHOUT OUR BUSINESS INFORMATION. Basically, they were blank cards. I took photos and sent these to them. They wanted me to take photos of every single box -19 boxes. I threw out all of the business cards (all 19 boxes) because they would not be of any use to anyone. I demanded a refund and to date, we have not received it. The right thing to do would have been to apologize for the mindless mistake and refund the customer. Instead, they insist on asking for more photos. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! If they sloppily treated a long time customer of 10 years, do not expect to be treated any differently.

Payed out the nose for overnight printing, which ended up taking nearly a week. Print was fine, but look elsewhere if you're on a time crunch.

I've ordered business cards with Overnightprints 4 times now, and I will be purchasing from them again. My last order was perfect, but I gave them 4 stars because not all of my orders were excellent. The printed colors and quality of the cards are great, but I do not recommend ordering the rounded corners. The cards were not cut right, twice! They sliced off sections that were in the safe zone and "rounded" is apparently objective. I also wouldn't add the extra proof edit as they will just delay the printing by sending them back, even if there isn't an error. It added an extra week to get my cards through the process, and nothing was found that I needed to change. The spot UV coating is awesome, and I also liked the matte cards as well. Overall, the 15pt premium is great, just don't bother with the rounded edges.

Overnights prints is the best out there. Best paper, and when you can catch a sale, the best prices. I use them most years to print my Christmas cards on 4x6 size. Easy to order and set up, their GD dept is great at pointing out things I might have missed in the creation process.

Horrible experience. Prints looked terrible. My Christmas cards were embarrassingly unprofessional. They showed up 6 days late and NO ONE will respond to me about a refund.

The shipping box opened in transit and we received only a partial order of Thomas Andre Rowbotham's cards. Will any one read this? Do you care about shipping disasters?

Very easy to create my card with the templates they provide. It came in a bit more than a week and they are perfect. Well Done!

Product came exactly as it was designed. Easy to upload the jpg files and have always had great results dealing with Overnight Prints!

I have been a customer of Overnight Prints since 2009. Here now, in 2026, the state of the company is such I finally waive the white flag and warn others to seek a better partner for printing services.

My last several orders have all suffered from the same issue time and again.

As you build your order, before checkout, you are shown an array of dates for shipping. The implication — based on the increase of cost per quicker option — is that you can expedite your order the more money you give them. BE WARNED: it states above these dates everything is essentially now just loose estimates. Loose being the keyword here.

In my last order, placed on Friday the 16th, I paid the second-to-highest amount for an order of last minute business cards a coworker needed for an important event. The option I chose said delivery would be on January 20th. Given that the event itself starts on the 21st, I figured even if a day late, they'd still arrive on the day of the event, and we'd be OK.

On the 20th, I checked in on my order, only to find out IT HAD NOT YET BEEN PRINTED, and was merely in queue. FedEx now estimates the cards to arrive on the 22nd.

When presented this information — and how it occurred similarly the last several times I placed the order — customer service (always and ONLY a chat, never a phone number or email) feeds back the same response. A half-hearted apology, and promise to refund the difference in shipping once things have arrived.

I don't understand why the company simply doesn't put ACTUAL delivery dates in their "picker" when it can't consistently deliver ON the dates or prior. It became clear to me this is a great business model to bank a little extra profit per order. For those customers who don't come back to complain for a later delivery than expected? Overnight Prints pockets the difference.

I have used other online printers before, and have never had these issues of inconsistency in delivery before. At worst? The other printers had the wherewithal to at least email, text, or call me to alert me of issues as they occurred, in an attempt to remedy them. They didn't merely wait for me to complain.

After 16 years of my business, I'm done. I'll use a more reputable partner from now on. In the grand scheme of things I know Overnight Prints couldn't care less... but I hope some of you reading do.

Suite à une erreur d'impression, je continue à chercher vainement à avoir un service client qui puisse me répondre (malgré l'illusion qu'ils sont présents avec des réponses automatiques sous ce genre d'avis)
En effet, suite à un Pdf bien chargé, aperçu valable, lorsque j'ai recu 10 jours plus tard des carte blanches recto-verso j'espérais trouver un interlocuteur....

Le site ne permettant pas (lors de mon utilisation) d'envoyer de réclamation lorsque je tentais vainement d'envoyer des photos, mon mail enrichi de photos étant resté sans réponse, j'ai pu joindre un opérateur par chat à qui j'ai enfin pu joindre une photo... mais d'après lui il n'y avais pas de pièce jointe (ma parole contre la leur...) donc j'ai pu bénéficier d'une impression de feuille blanche. Ils m'ont tout de même proposé de me tenir au courant le soir même... mais aucune nouvelle.

Il est impossible de contacter leur support via la rubrique "contact-us" de leur site ...
Bref, je suis totalement coincé avec 250 cartes blanches payées le prix fort avec zero interlocuteur...

First, delayed by order by weeks. Then upgraded shipping at my cost without my permission. Then the cards never arrived. Cherry on top - no customer service phone to address the terrible service. But my credit card protected me :)

Online editor has improved greatly.

Got what I ordered quickly, and the quality was as advertised, great!

Once again my cards were not gloss coated like they were supposed to be. Last year only half were coated. This year none of them were. You used to do good work but the quality has really gone down hill over the last few years. This was probably my last order from Overnight Prints.
