Seeking refund for non-functional software
Took a week of following up with support over phone and email to get the license code to upgrade my Badgy printer software, just to find out it was an invalid/not working code. It's 2024; laughable that this is how they do business.

Their business is poorly run.
I placed an order January 2020 and they decided not to bill me (I never noticed they hadn't) until over a year later. This caused a time consuming accounting mess on my end. There are plenty of other companies who provide the same products and also know how to run a business.

Please know that all shipping rates are calculated by FedEx and that rate is based on destination, origin and weight. ID Wholesaler does not add an additional cost for shipping and handling. We do, however, offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 to help our customer save even more on their purchase.

Their Rio Pro 360 LE printer is a piece of garbage. Unless you want to constantly mess with the thing and not be able to print badges, stay away.

Solid reliable Company
