O ID Wholesaler
Napisane przez firmę
ID Wholesaler launched in early 2004 with simple goals: provide those seeking photo identification products with truly expert advice, an easy-to-use website, unmatched selection and pricing, and "tell-your-neighbors" type of customer service. More than 13 years and over 100,000 customers later, we’re still striving to do these things. We have grown to be the largest online retailer of photo identification equipment.
Why We're Successful
When you call ID Wholesaler, you speak with one of our friendly, highly-trained account managers. They’re not reading from a script or scrambling to look up specifications on your product, they know photo ID and will help you find the right product (not simply the most expensive product) to meet your needs.
Unlike virtually all of our competitors, we stock a huge selection of inventory and employ our own factory-trained technicians. We couldn't imagine selling photo ID equipment any other way. Ask your current supplier if they service their own products. Odds are they don't.
Our job is to make your job easier
Our highest value is to support our customers (you), and we're proud that our team has consistently received glowing testimonials. If you’re already a customer, thanks! If you’re visiting us for the first time, we hope to have an opportunity to "wow" you soon.

I am incredibly disappointed with the support from ID Wholesaler. The delays and deferrals in getting a brand new printer repaired. And then, when I purchase a new printhead, you ship it to me instead of installing it on the printer which is at your offices for repair.
You have not resolved the issue to date and I have no idea when you will. I am likely to never do business with ID Wholesaler again.

Odpowiedź od ID Wholesaler
Hello, Brad –
Thank you for taking the time to provide valuable feedback on your recent experience with ID Wholesaler.
In reviewing your account, you called your dedicated Account Manager, Mark, on Tuesday, January 7th to request his help in the repair of your PrimacyID printer’s printhead. Unfortunately, it appears that an internal miscommunication was the cause of your repaired printhead to be shipped back to you instead of being installed on your card printer. Please accept our sincere apologies for dropping the ball, Brad.
All of us at ID Wholesaler take a great deal of pride in delivering effective ID photo solutions to our customers, and we’re sorry this shopping experience was frustrating for you.
Please know that Mark is working on the timely return of your printer. In consideration for your inconvenience, we will ship your printer to you overnight at no additional charge.
Thank you for the time you took to provide feedback. We appreciate your business and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again soon!
Kind regards,
The ID Wholesaler Team

Online order website had trouble processing order not sure what the problem was. Didn't know the order was accepted until an the next day.
Got your reply today. Except I wasn't questioning that transaction. I tried to place an order on Jan. 14 2020. The website froze and I just pushed the complete the order button. I had to wait the next day to see if this was processed or not. As you can see since the transaction didn't go thru I placed the order on the 15th.
