I'm satisfied with the service provider

I order the wrong blade for clippers. I reached out to Customer Service and they took care of it! Easy. No hassle. Will buy from them again.

My order never arrived and it's been 1 month and a half. No ability to track my order and customer service did not have any more information other than its on its way. Would like a refund as I've missed the entire season and was relying on it to come

Shipment tracking wasn't accurate, look forever to ship and did not receive my free clipper. Tables are nice quality though.

Took almost two months to process my order and ship. When I finally reached out to return since I no longer needed the item, the return process is just as long before sending me a return label to ship back.

Other than the business admin problems, the actual Shernbao dryer is great.

You never responded to my question the glass on the led electric table broke and I asked if there was a replacement and never received a answer

I called to get instructions on replacing the wind switch. Was told that they would have to check to see if a video could be made and that they would call me back. Never got a call back, never got instructions or a video. Why would you sell replacement parts and not give instructions on how to actually replace the part?

When I needed a new dryer, after buying 6 Wall mounts, I was not given help as I did not want to mount a new arm. I did however figure out on my own that I could put one of my older (2015) model wall mounts onto the same wall mount fitting attached to the wall.
I was totally ready to order a new one, if you would have suggested this, I would have ordered. Instead I was told that the new 921 would not fit the arm of the older 921 purchased in 2019.

Absolutely perfect from ordering to delivery! The attachments were a perfect fit.

The cordless clippers and the scissors are top notch. I cut my 2 Shih Tzus hair on one charge and I still have 3 bars on the display. I have a corded Andis clippers and I don’t think I’ll have a need for them so I’ll just put them away.

Shopping on the website was easy. The product is generally delivered in a timely manner. We have only had one issue with anything we've ordered from Shernbao, and it wasn't their fault entirely. We're not off this company or their products by any means and will be checking in for any needs they can meet going forward.

Over a week went by after placing my order before I was contacted letting me know that the tub I had ordered wasn’t in stock. I was promised a free gift with my order for the delays and there was not one. It took over a month from my original purchase date for my items to come in. I will say, once I was notified of the items being shipped, they got here in just a few days.

Shopping experience and delivery was amazing. I love my products I purchased, but my grooming table came with a few dents. Besides that I love shernbao.
