IPV6 Residential
I was given a free trial a long time ago. The IPv6s they gave me worked, and that's what I wanted to try. Now I've purchased the IVP6 residential plan, which does have residential proxies, but it only works with Google searches and won't open any pages even if they're IPv6-compatible. Customer support hasn't helped me since I purchased my plan.

Service was decent, but I expected more features for the price. The customer support is friendly, though it sometimes takes a while to get a detailed response.

Support can't answer questions, vague answers.
Support can't answer questions properly, they keep skipping questions as they don't want to answer. Support are vague to customers about the other features of their new Unlimited Residentials.
I asked about their Sticky option this was their answer "They generally switch session after 15 to 30 minutes but you can make it rotate every x amount of minutes by using a tool on your own." - So I have to use my own tool/software to make it rotate?
My other question was about their request limit which they didn't answer 3 times until they said "We don't have a request limit on our proxies" - Why did it take 3 times to ask the same question to get this answer?
So to everyone interested, there will be a high load in that pool that since there is no restrictions for requests.

No support at all
I got 1GB Mobile and non of the proxies correspond to the countries I chose. Tried all available options but every proxy is from random country. I contacted support which is not 24/7, waited 2 days, they responded with "show us your proxy"...whatever that means. I showed screenshots and they never responded after that. I tried to reach them after 1 week and now they blocked me from using the support button. Bad experience for me....
