The shipping price was shocking after I had gone through the design and material choices. While the process was simple and effective, the lack of transparency until the very end was a bit of a letdown.

Ease of ordering and quality and price are always great. Unfortunately I cant give 5 stars because the past few orders have not made it within the promised time we paid for like they used to. Other than that though ALWAYS Excellent service and product.

Good product but failed to deliver on time as promised and paid for, so it missed the event it was needed at.
The reason I chose to use them was their claim to deliver on time. Oh well. I won’t make that mistake again.

Print job came out perfect and got well into the 500 I ordered. I appreciate the small overlap of extras to ensure I get the amount ordered.

Overnight Prints has been just a bad experience! For closing tickets without responding when I paid for 2 days shipping for open house door hangers on February 12th, they are finally shipping of February 21st, the day of the open house. Useless. Not only I will never use them again, but I will post in my office so none of my colleagues will not have to experience the same.

Customer service is subpar. They are not a good printing company. The first set of business cards I received were not centered and were cut wrong. The second set the color was off and still not centered. They say that they can’t guarantee centered work, even though they have an online system to attach files and a separate payment addon for their team to make sure that it’s centered. Which I paid for. I’ve never heard of that before from a printing company. Exact prints is what is expected.

shipping was exorbitant...even for next day.

What made my experience great was that all the buisness cards were packed neatly and each cut of the business cards were perfect.

There has been sometimes where there are a few cards that were cut wrong, either the top is cut off or the allighment is just off.

The shipping timeline is always a lie. Also, I used the same colors for my cards this time as last (I literally duplicated the order, I didn't change the colors one bit) and they are quite different this time and are not close to our company colors like intended.

It was easy enough, but the shipment was delivered late.

Super late & slow, nothing close to overnight. Alerted customer service, 0 attempts to do anything. Would give 0 stars if I could

Placed Reorder for business cards on 1/19/26. I had this order delivered to my office and for some reason my suite number was left off the mailing label! I checked and it was listed on my mailing address on my order receipt but was not on my mailing label so it took an extra week for my order to finally arrive. It was supposedly an attempted delivery 1/30/26 but because FedEx didn’t know what suite to deliver to, they had to correct the address and I did not receive my order until 2/6/26.

This is my second time ordering business cards. I love it.

The business cards were really nice. The only reason for 4/5 stars is the shipping was more expensive than I thought it would be.
