Missed delivery by over a week, no customer service
I paid extra for shipping to have booklets delivered by a specified day for a conference. Not only did they miss that delivery date and never inform me of a production delay, meaning my package hadn't even shipped by the time the conference ended - they pushed my delivery date further back ANOTHER week, and have yet to give any form of coherent customer service response.
Absolutely worthless in terms of customer service - you're trapped in a bot loop. This was a rip-off.

Good service, good product. That being said I was not so pleased with the template section. No ai template I could download was found had to rely on written instructions and diagrams. Also I was charged for improper PDF format! What gives? I corrected that but my discount was GONE. Had to pony up for the extra charge. Not nice!

I just spent over an hour trying to…
I just spent over an hour trying to figure out how to reorder a previously completed order. Instead of having a simple "reorder" button on the site, they have an AI chat bot that is the most ignorant chat bot on the planet.
I was super happy with my first order, but instead of wasting anymore time trying to reach a human being, I'll take that time to find a new print service.
