I would give them a 0 if i could. One of the worst experiences I've had in a while. When you order something from "OVERNIGHT PRINTS" you expect them to print it overnight. You expect speedy service to be their priority. But apparently paying for an overnight shipment means they will generate a tracking number and then not ship your product. It's already 2 days late and tracking shows fedex doesn't have my package. And the customer support reps will say "we'll reach out and make it a priority" without doing anything and offer no support, no solutions, just more lies about what they will do that never actually happens. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Made an order, told it would arrive the next day, confirmed on all pages/receipts on when to expect it. It was delivered a week later. Its in the company name- and they can't deliver.

It was pretty good. But the packaging method was not the best. Lots of corners were bent.

The software to create my product was simple to use and I got my order really fast.

The cards look great! The top right corners are slightly dented due to the boxing. Other than that, no issues. Very happy!

Overnight prints has always been my trusted source for printing. My wife and I had a last minute photo shoot for our holiday greeting cards and Overnight prints got them printed the exact way we wanted in a very fast amount of time. We were able to send everything out and our friends and family got our holiday post cards in time. Overnight Prints’ website is easy to use and you can see the product virtually before you even finish the print order. Pretty neat! I love Overnight Prints and I can’t wait to do business with them again.

The prints looked great! However, I paid around $25 to have them expedited. They arrived a week late, but it wasn’t because of the mail. They weren’t even shipped until after my promised arrival date. I understand things happen, but then overnight prints would not give me a refund. This seems like a poor business practice when you did not even mail them by the promised delivery time. It’s not like mail just took too long.

While I like the prints, I regret how much extra I paid and mainly that it wasn’t made right.

I placed an order for 1000 door hangers. I needed it for a Saturday I paid expedited shipping of $65 to receive them the Thursday before the event on Saturday contacted them numerous times you could only contact them by text. You cannot call them to get verification or to talk to a person never received the item until the following Thursday after the event and I no longer needed. These was never contacted. It was never reimbursed for expedited. Shipping was never reimbursed for not needing the product. Never had an issue with this company until now and I’ll never use them again.

I order my custom Christmas cards from this company every year. They do excellent work and they always turn out great.

I paid $56.17 for overnight shipping which showed up 4 days late. I asked to be refunded for the overnight cost but was only given 1/2 as a company credit. I still do not feel we should pay any amount for a service we did not receive. We won't be using the credit or Overnight Prints in the future.

We ordered business cards for an event and purchased quicker shipping to guarantee we’d receive them on time. The date they should have arrived they didn’t. Called customer service and they said they were in production and nearly finished. They’d try to have them to us the next day. Still nothing. Called back the next week and at this point asked to cancel shipment since I’d rather just order somewhere else. Was told I couldn’t do that since they’d been printed and would be shipped out. The business cards arrived two weeks past the guaranteed date. Will not be using this company again.
