Dear Paul,
You have already been speaking to your account manager and our MD about this and I can see the issue was resolved yesterday.
Your machine was installed on a Friday and unfortunately the drinks were not set hot enough and the temperature probe needed some adjustment. You left us this review on the Sunday following the install and called the fault in on the Monday morning.
Our engineer was on-site within less than 24 hours of the fault being reported and the issue has been resolved.
Please do contact us again if the issue is not resolved but as far as we are aware the machine is now making the drinks at the correct temperature.

Amazing efficient and personal service
Steve.B was amazing and sorted out our machine really quickly and efficiently. He kept us in the loop through the whole process and answered emails really quickly. He also upgraded our delivery so we received it earlier than we thought. I would definitely recommend.

We used Logic to supply our coffee…
We used Logic to supply our coffee machines and consumables in both of our offices. The installation was professional and efficient, and the technician that did our install was super helpful.
Any user queries I had with our machine were answered easily by the service department without over-complicating it.
Consumables are easy to order and delivered quickly. The whole service has been great.

Fantastic service from Steve
Fantastic service from Steve, he recommended various options for our needs. Once the decision was made he was super responsive in terms of ordering the machines and arranging the engineer to come to site. The engineer that came to site was brilliant, super patient with the team and great at explaining the workings of the machines.
