Awesome service from Gino and Steve the engineer. He came in during a busy service. Worked around the kitchen staff perfectly and trained me on the machine while I kept having to nip off. Patience of a Saint and showed me how to make delicious coffee and look after the machine. Definitley recommend!

Logic Vending arranged for Jura to install two machines at our offices and everything was beautifully communicated and super smooth and professional. Purchased a coffee machine in order to deliver a qualification. GIno was very helpful in guiding me through what was available to meet our exact requirements, everything was delivered on time and an engineer came to set the machine up and give guidance. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful. The only small issue was that the accompanying grinder came with a European plug!

Nick who installed the machine was fantastic as well. Everything has gone very smoothly on their part. The machine I went for is the Ruby Gaggia. So far so good. Easy to use, and I have no doubt it will be perfect for my mobile coffee bar. All in all, fabulous company, great machines, amazing customer service. I can’t fault them and would recommend them in a heart beat!
