The attitude of the lady who appeared to serve us was so impolite and needs tuition in good manners and proper etiquette when addressing potential customers. Wouldn’t recommend this cafe.

We really loved these drinks- tried the cola at a brewery - the fruity flavours and fresh taste was amazing, love the citrus and vanilla coming through on every sip - This is not like your average cola drink! it is less fizzy and tastes more artisan and special, sip it don't swig it! (I mean, you can swig it if you want, I'm not the cola police!) We bought a whole case of colas and enjoyed them all already- highly recommend. also the raspberry lemonade was tested and like that too :)

Discovered the Citrus Crush at a cafe.
Wife and I have bitched for years how drinks are toooo sweet and now are packed with a chemical cocktail of artificial and "natural" sweeteners. WHY!?!
Ordered the Citrus Crush and took a chance on the Lemon Ice tea. Loved the ice tea, feel could be 20% more tea / 20% less Lemon.
An ice tea w/mint combo would be epic
Definitely will reorder and plan to try other flavour.

Tried all the flavours and they’re so nice. Highly recommend. I can’t have certain sweeteners so this being natural means I have found a drink I can actually have and enjoy.

Placed an order on 1st October2023, I have emailed 3 times enquiring in regards to a delivery update and no one has even had the decency to reply!!! Unprofessional to say the least

Order placed on 28th September but has still not been shipped. I've tried contacting support, via email, twice to get a refund but have only received automated responses.
I do like the products but delivery (my first order was damaged in transit) and customer support leave a lot to be desired so I've cancelled my subscription and will no longer order from the website.

The Lemonade itself is 5* 100%
The reason I’m leaving 4 is because I can’t get it any more! Which is unbelievably frustrating!! I was also able to order from Ocado for LESS than the website direct which I find very strange … and again I seem to have depleted their supplies also! Have contact S.R direct to ask when it will be back in stock and how subscribers keep getting theirs if the product is out of stock or does the subscription get suspended? Looking forward to the response

Great product. Loved the Elderflower soft drink and so did my kids. My only gripe is the cost of the postage to send to Northern Ireland. It cost more than the drink itself. This is the only thing stopping me from ordering again.

Square root cola is so so good. It roughly the same price and calorie content as a supermarket bought AF bottled beer, and such a great option for a cool, refreshing alcohol free drink. Really crisp, tangy flavours (and entirely caffeine free). Best coke ever.

Products are great (having been drinking them for a couple of years now), Service is excellent too, from their customer services to delivery, to investor discounts and loyalty scheme. Every reason to continue enjoying their drinks.
