We're a new business and first time in catering, Logic Vending were so helpful in talking through options and thanks to them we found the perfect coffee machine for our business. They are also very reliable when ordering supplies for the cafe, next day delivery and great customer care if there is a problem. Highly recommended.

We have just had 2 x WMF 1100 coffee machines installed into our offices. They are a huge hit with all of the staff. The service we have received has been excellent. We had to delay the installation of the machines and Logic Vending were more than amenable.

Here we are again!!
Logic vending swapped our machine for exactly the same one we had before with all its problems
After I may add a very long fight with them to do this!!

Cut a very long stressful annoying and boring story short
We now have two of the original problems with this machine and the same with the staff at logic vending!!!
No return calls
Reported these problems now 3 times and still no engineer out to fix them after a week and a half
I’ve video evidence to of the problems but nothing
They shouldn’t of given us the same machine in exchange
They tried telling me if there’s nothing wrong with it we will be charged!!
Then told we have no guarantee with a NEW machine!!! Not even the one years they come with

No compensation for the hassle and grief we’ve had for the last 17
months
Apparently an email was sent to the director of logic vending but no reply
Logic vending like to blame coffetech and vice Versa

Wished I’d known about this company before I wouldn’t of gone with them

Here we are on the 7th of November
The machine still hasn’t been fixed!
No call back to my calls,engineer came out last Tuesday he didn’t touch the machine because he didn’t know anything about the milk module,another engineer came out the next day has ordered a new part and said he’d be back on Friday last week or Monday this week but hasn’t turned up,
I kept on chasing Monday and Tuesday but I’ve heard nothing

The servicing department at Logic vending authorised the machine to be picked up last Thursday,( I’m not allowed to name names)
We didn’t let it go because we didn’t know anything about it and didn’t have another machine to use,
No ne actually knows what they are doing in this company!!

The Best Coffee Beans. I really do highly recommend these beans. I get the medium roast and it is exactly what I am always searching for in a coffee bean, perfectly ballanced, chocolate notes, excellent. The price is cheaper than what I paid at the grocery store let alone an artisanal coffee roaster, which I think this coffee exceeds in taste and quality. I highly recommend!

Website wasn't working very well.Kept adding on more coffee than i ordered or wouldn#t add the coffee to the basket.

Had our Bambino 2 Luxury installed yesterday and we couldn't be happier. The process was really easy from start to finish and Steve in the sales team was very knowledgeable and patient with us when deciding what to go for. Outstanding service! Our office have gone through quite a few coffee machines and suppliers over the years but Logic Vending really took their time listening to our requirements and presented us with comprehensive solutions that everyone in the office are happy with. Will be looking at getting another coffee machines from you when we open up our new office in a few months time.
