Excellent product

Don't buy, plants arrived half dead

Packaged ok, arrived on time, but quality of plants is abysmal! I just wish I could attach photos

Ordered some dahlia tubers

Ordered some dahlia tubers, first time from j parkers, they arrived packed in a cardboard box, i must admit I was a bit concerned with a lot of them showing broken necks.... however i tidied them up and put them on a heated tray, and they are now all sprouting, look forward to a good display later in the year.

BAD!

I ordered March 6, order number 23065204. I haven't received it and it said delivery within 10 days, but it's been 17 days! I can't find a phone number to call so left an online chat request which could take 2 days to get back to me!

Very bad customer support. I will never buy from this company again. £21.97 down the drain as I had to buy the person I'd bought them for as a present something else for their birthday.

Ordered items not dispatched, no customer care

Ordered items on the 5th marked as dispatch within 10 working days, as needed them within this time frame. Now the 23rd, still not dispatched, no reply from email sent to customer care, a waste of nearly £70. Tried live chat which advised an agent will be available in 3 to 4 days, unbelievable, then eventually managed to get through on the phone, to the most uninterested customercare representative known to man. Advised my order will be put on a priority list, no actual dispatch date given, said this is not good enough and wanted to make a complaint, just told fine. No response so ended call, they obviously have major supply and customercare issues.

Poor quality of product and poor customer service

Delivered bare root perennials that were covered in mould and some were clearly dead. Raised a ticket just over a week ago, no response.

There you have it a reply to my poor review .. no solution, no apology, just thanking me for my review. I advise you all to read the low reviews and then see the reply from this company. They usually ask people to reach out - or thank them. Why would you thank someone who gives you a poor review ! ?! Wouldn’t you try and put it right? I rest my case - poor customer service.
Might as well just put pound notes down the drain !
I don’t want a reply Parkers - I don’t want thanking for highlighting your problems.

Order not dispatched

Be prepared for a long wait

It’s been 16 days since I ordered and plants still haven’t been dispatched. I ordered one for Mother’s Day but obviously that didn’t arrive on time, despite allowing 10 days for it to arrive. After ordering I was told items would be “dispatched within 10 working days”. It’s now been 10 working days and they have yet to be dispatched. I have contacted the company and haven’t received a response. First time ordering from them and it’s really put me off. I’ll stick to Farmer Gracy and Gardeners Dream from now on.

Great service

I ordered a bare root rose as a gift for my mother-in-law and it arrived on time and well packaged. I've planted it up and it is already springing into life!

Unimpressed so far

Honestly not particularly impressed so far. Dispatched within 10 work days means on day 9 after chasing. However delivery was quick after that so that was a positive. However, I ordered 5 hostas, 1 packet had no root stock in it at all only soil - clearly no quality control/checks carried out to send out an empty packet. I have asked for that to be replaced so we’ll see. The ferns I’m not sure will survive given the state of the roots - only 1 out of the 4 ferns had a single white/cream healthy looking root the rest were very unhealthy looking yellow and brown. By comparison I bought another fern from a garden centre yesterday and that has lovely healthy white roots. If they grow it’s moot point but I think I’ll be sticking to garden centres from now on, this was my first time ordering plants online. Plants arrived yesterday, started inspecting them/getting them ready for planting this morning, so not like they’ve been left unattended for long.

Delivery takes forever and quality variable

I ordered 3 roses and out of 3 one still hasn't done much at all from a year ago! Takes forever to deliver and practically every time I have to email them and ask where it is!

Quality at every stage.

Delivered as promised in excellent condition. Spikes were present on delivery & within a couple of days full leaves were present. Excellent quality hosta plants.
