BAD!

I ordered March 6, order number 23065204. I haven't received it and it said delivery within 10 days, but it's been 17 days! I can't find a phone number to call so left an online chat request which could take 2 days to get back to me!

Very bad customer support. I will never buy from this company again. £21.97 down the drain as I had to buy the person I'd bought them for as a present something else for their birthday.

Excellent results

I've had my airphysio device for a few years. I only use it when I have really congested lungs because of a bad cold & it always gets me coughing up mucus immediately upon use. It's been so helpful in those circumstances, bring up the mucus is a great relief. Glad I bought it.

False marketing, don't buy!

The clothes advertised on their website look beautiful. What you will receive is unwearable!

The top I received is unwearable. It is cheap material that has the design printed onto the material, it doesn't have layers of beautifully embroidered linen!

If you look at the website photos the dye on the clothes is right through. What you will get is a white back, as it's printed on the fabric.

I wouldn't wear this top to clean a pigsty.

It cost me over £20.00! I wouldn't even offer it to a charity shop!

I've tried to upload a photo of the garment as advertised v the garment I received so everyone can see just how awful it is. It arrived from China, where they can deceive buyers & get away with it.

Royal Mail liars & obfuscators

Yesterday I got an email saying my parcel would be delivered that day. I was in all day & it wasn't delivered.

This morning I got 2 emails one saying that the parcel they should have delivered yesterday would be delivered today, the other email saying they would deliver another parcel I'm waiting for, today, both between 1.03-7.03 pm. Neither were delivered & again I was in all day so I know they didn't attempt to deliver it.

This evening I got an 2 emails saying they attempted to deliver both parcels but failed as if they'd tried & implied they they couldn't because I wasn't in. They are liars! They didn't attempt to. If they had, they'd at least have left a "failure to deliver" card through my door, but of course, there wasn't one because they didn't attempt to deliver it. I was in all day, they are liars.

Disgusting company & their tracking is completely useless too because the times they give as a delivery slot mean nothing, if they even mention a time slot.

I got email with tracking saying the…

I got email with tracking saying the parcel was one stop away. I was within 5 yards of my front door for the next 10 minutes, so I know the dhl van didn't come by & that the driver didn't ring my doorbell. I checked my email again & the delivery had been stopped!

It's an expensive jacket, I've been in all day & DHL have not delivered it. I'm fuming.

God knows when or if I'll ever get the parcel now. I'm having similarly bad luck with Evri too.

Abysmal!

Lost £182.45 with their online doctor

I've deleted my original post due to the problem being solved.

Edit. I contacted Customer services through Facebook messenger & they did respond quickly.

What had happened was my submission for prescription had somehow been saved as a draft and i paid. Apparently there should have been no payment until after it was out of draft stage, but as payment was taken I assumed it was all going through as planned.

I also had problems loging in & because I couldn't find reference to my customer/patient number, I couldn't speak to anyone on the phone/get through the automated phone help system.

I waited 8 days before I put in a complaint.

Anyway, apparently it was down to a system mistake and your IT dept is looking iunto it.

I'm told you have voided the paypal payment and when I checked my paypal account I can't see any reference to a pending payment to pharmacy2u so it seems the pending status has been dropped & I have the money in order now.

Thanks for sorting it.
