Poor packing damaged plant

I had ordered 6 plants and found the delivery on my doorstep today no notice of when due to arrive - evri!
On the box at opposite ends stickers saying plants this way up were stuck on the box . Upon opening the box found some plants upside down in the box so soil had come out of the pots - well I was not pleased at all - I have used other mail order plants from other companies and no problems from them - this was my first order and will not be using them again

Good quality plants at a good price

Good quality plants at a good price - exactly as described, and delivered promptly. Very securely packaged, no soil loss from pots! Looking forward to seeing them thrive and bloom in due course - they look very healthy.

Spent over £100 on an order placed 27…

Spent over £100 on an order placed 27 Feb. First dispatch, for all but two items, on 11 March is still with the courier as the box was larger than they expected. My contract is with J Parker rather than the courier but I have raised a ticket with the courier to try and resolve. Also raised with J Parker customer service and attempted to escalate twice but no response has yet been received. The live plants will no doubt be dead by this point with no clear resolution in place. Based on the experience so far I wouldn't recommend ordering online with this company.

Update on my review of 13th March.
I wasn’t able to edit and update my review of 13th March so I’m doing this review as an update.
A big thank you to both Sam and Ashleigh who handled my original complaint about no response regarding two dead plants.
Sam and Ashleigh have both been excellent in dealing with my issues and have quickly sent out two replacement baby Buddleia plants which have just arrived and are in excellent condition.
So well done to JParkers staff for sorting the problem and I now have my full collection of 5 Baby Buddleia plants once again which hopefully will look lovely as they grow into adult plants.

I have just received my pack of five…

I have just received my pack of five hydrangeas. I can honestly say these are the best plants i.ve ever received. Well packed. Extremely reasonable price. Each plant was strong, very healthy and had plenty of good strong roots. I will certainly be back for more.

Bought a selection of grapes vines and…

Bought a selection of grapes vines and a blueberry patriot.
So disappointed, all of them came as a tiny little twigs. The grapes are showing no sign life and what is left looks dead.
The blueberry bush has just shown sign of life but only in the form of about 2 leaf.
We messaged them on WhatsApp like they suggested and haven't heard from them since we sent it around 4 weeks ago.
Never again, would rather pay a little more from a garden centre and know what I am buying.

Awful

Awful! Ordered 2 Mar, no updates from the company then on 12 Mar Evri, who are less than useless, were meant to deliver within 48hrs but here we on 18 Mar and no plants so demanded a refund. Will never use again or recommend..terrible, useless company who take your money then don't care and who use the worse courier company imaginable

Snapdragons largely destroyed by Evri

Main plants arrived all OK. Snapdragons were largely destroyed by Evri due to extremely poor packaging, arrived with many loose in packet and decapitated. No use at all. Sent a complaint via website but no reply.

Dead, damaged and missing plants.
Shocking courier.

No refund.

Poor quality poppy plants

I received ten poppy plugs which are barely viable. I have had to repot them and wait for them to recover/die. This has happened before with plants I received from Parker’s and I am
Disappointed yet again. I won’t be ordering any plug plants from Parker’s again.
