As always, the J Parkers plants ordered were well grown, robust and in perfect condition. The only criticism I would have is the carriers sometimes need to take a bit more care as the packaging gets damaged.

Everything arrived in good condition and are growing well .

Great plants in good condition. Good price. Came on time, only downside was that no one rang the doorbell to let us know they were delivering. Box left on doorstep in full view from street

Order took a while to come (2 weeks) and whilst the items appear in good condition, was not happy that the Bare Root Rose is provided without an ID Tag (only a Sticky Label on the Bag it was packed in), which isn't much help if any problems arise once it's grown and flowered and I need to prove it's ID and that it came from yourselves :/

Really bad packaging. The plants were just stacked on top of each other to fit in one box and one of the many ferns I bought is about to die because it was just poorly prepared for transport. I’m trying my best to keep it alive but I dont know if it will even see spring🤷🏻‍♀️ I mean they use Evri as well so what do you expect🤷🏻‍♀️

Parkers are always excellent with orders, they keep you informed about your orders and plants arrive in good condition, well packed.

Have always had a good experience but the recent shrub purchases have been extremely disappointing. The pyracantha delivered today consists of two thread like sticks which look extremely dead. With the last delivery the customer service experience was pretty poor and I personally would not order a live plant from them again. The bulbs and tubers ordered have been first class.

All plant were of good quality,though a little on the dry side.

Bought two small plants in 9cm pots.
Both arrived with soil all over the place and the plants hanging out the pots. Sent them photo of the state of them.
Wouldn’t order from them again as you’re expected to post them back second class at your own cost. Email is below

We regret to hear about your concerns regarding the recent delivery. Our plants are supplied in nursery pots for the purpose of transportation with the expectation they are planted on receipt. All plants have robust root systems that were inspected prior to packing. We recommend planting them directly into the garden or transferring them to a larger pot if preferred. Should the plants fail to thrive once spring begins, please contact us again, as they are covered by our full guarantee. Alternatively, in accordance with the terms of the guarantee, you may return them to us via 2nd class post for a full refund if you choose not to keep them.
