Update on my review of 13th March.

Update on my review of 13th March.
I wasn’t able to edit and update my review of 13th March so I’m doing this review as an update.
A big thank you to both Sam and Ashleigh who handled my original complaint about no response regarding two dead plants.
Sam and Ashleigh have both been excellent in dealing with my issues and have quickly sent out two replacement baby Buddleia plants which have just arrived and are in excellent condition.
So well done to JParkers staff for sorting the problem and I now have my full collection of 5 Baby Buddleia plants once again which hopefully will look lovely as they grow into adult plants.

First purchase experience

Bought a new freezer and it was around £45 cheaper than anywhere else I looked.
The whole experience was positive with a quick delivery and removal of my old freezer. The delivery men were very helpful and friendly.
I can’t fault the purchase and delivery at all. This was my first purchase from this company and won’t be my last..

Excellent trade in

Sent in a switch Oled for trade in which arrived on Friday and I know they don’t make payments over a weekend and so my payment was made first thing Monday morning which was the price I was quoted.
I’ve used M.M many times for trade in and never had a problem.
So once again thanks to M.M for another problem free trade in.

Trevor the driver has been a driver for…

Trevor the driver has been a driver for DPD for over a decade delivering in my area of Ivybridge, Devon.
He’s an experienced and excellent and professional driver and always cheerful.
He is the best and DPD should be proud to have this exceptionally good driver.

Nothing wrong with the clothes I…

Nothing wrong with the clothes I ordered when I managed to get them after EvRi dumped them at another address because they couldn’t be bothered to deliver to the correct address. I’ve shopped with cotton traders for many years but EvRi are so bad I’m not going to purchase anything else from them while they’re using such an appalling company. EvRi doesn’t care about the customers it delivers to full stop.

Great customer service.

Had a problem regarding delivery of my trade in to music magpie but customer service were on the case quickly and problem was resolved quickly and then payment for the ps5 was made at the quoted price the next morning.
So a job well done by music magpie.

Hassle free process.

I sent an Xbox series X up by special delivery on Monday which was delivered at MM delivery hub on Tuesday, received confirmation of it being received by MM on Wednesday and the money is in my bank this morning and I received the amount that was quoted when I did the order.
So a smooth process the whole of the way through so 5 stars to Music Magpie for a job well done.

Sent in a ps5 game for trading, I was kept informed as the journey and process at music magpie ran its course.
No problems whatsoever and was paid what i was

Excellent ShopTo

As a new customer I was nervous of buying a discount games pass code for my new Xbox but I was convinced by the excellent customer reviews.
And I needn’t have worried because the code was delivered within minutes so no problem at all.
So ShopTo is my go to site now for my Xbox game pass vouchers.

Fast and efficient.

Posted my trade in to them at midday on Friday and I received payment first thing Tuesday morning,I was kept up to date via email and the payment was what I was offered for my item.
So a fast and problem free trade in.

Great mobile provider

I live in a poor signal area and have been with giffgaff for many years.
Moved to Smarty because it has Wi fi calling and giffgaff doesn’t.
Since moving to Smarty my signal is stronger and the Wi fi calling is excellent and an added bonus is that Smarty are cheaper than giffgaff so win, win all the way.
I’m really happy I’ve made the switch and glad I discovered Smarty mobile.

Excellent

Sent in a iPhone Xr to trade , it all went smoothly and took 6 days in all with 3 of those days in transit with Royal Mail.
I received the price I was quoted and kept up to date via email.
So well done to Music Magpie for a stress free trade in.

Great first purchase.

This is the first time I’ve bought from Christow Home , I didn’t know they’re based only 30 drive from where I live in Devon.
I’m happy to support a local business and the two shed’s I bought are lovely.
No problems in the ordering or delivery and the shed’s were well packaged and easy to assemble with good instructions.
This is a local company I will definitely buy from again.

It was easy and straight forward to…

It was easy and straight forward to open my account via my smartphone, I do like being able to do things via smartphones or iPads.
My account which was the fixed rate saver was opened quickly and I had 7 days to place the funds.
I will be interested in opening other accounts with them as my other fixed rate savings accounts elsewhere mature.

I’ve been with Zen for 15 months now…

I’ve been with Zen for 15 months now and joined them because of their excellent reviews.
I’ve had no problems with them at all, my internet connection is stable , I get regular emails regarding my Fritz router which is a very good and reliable router.
I’ve never had any billing issues and I’ve never needed to call them over any issues.
So all in all I’ve had excellent service from them so far, I was happy to renew with them and as long as they’re like this I will continue to stay with them.
In this case “if it’s not broken why fix it”.
Well done Zen for being an excellent internet provider.

This is the first time I’ve bought from…

This is the first time I’ve bought from Animed Direct and I’m glad I found the site, there’s plenty of choice in their products and their prices are very competitive.
My first order arrived before the expected date so I will definitely be buying from them in future for my new rescue cats.

I’ve traded my tech many times now to Money4mytech and every time it’s been next day delivery to them and payment on the day it arrived, they’ve always paid what I’ve been quoted.
They are my go to company because they are excellent.

Dreadful company.

Unfortunately I’m appalled at PFP energy.
I started a switch to them last Thursday 3rd June but by the next day after reading some dreadful reviews of the company I sent a stop the switch immediately email to their cooling off section and sent a similar request via their contact us page, these were sent on Friday 4th June.
I have had no reply from them at all.
I cancelled my direct debit and that got a response by asking me to reinstate it.
I tried to contact them via their Eddie bot and ended up sitting there typing “is anyone there”? after Eddie said he was putting me through to a representative.
In desperation I phoned them to find out their phone contact number doesn’t work.
So I phoned an emergency number and got that person to put me through to PFP customer service.
And I found out that there is no record even though I sent it in writing of my request to stop the switch so it hadn’t been done.
So PFP energy ignored my request in the cooling off period when it was only one day into that period when they are legally bound to cancel the switch when a customer requests a stop.
This customer service representative was very helpful and said he’s cancelled the switch but can I believe him?
Fortunately I have written evidence of my requests to stop the switch.
What other people are saying in negative reviews is unfortunately true.
If my switch still hasn’t been cancelled then I will be reporting PFP to Ofgem because ignoring a request to stop a switch in the cooling off period is really appalling.
Maybe PFP energy should respond to this and confirm in writing that you have indeed stopped this switch.
