Because all of the first set of red Phlox failed they were replaced but still waiting for signs of growth. No problem with the blue variety.

Contacted sales following non-germinating dahlia tuber . Replacement was promised straight away and arrived a few day later !

I’m extremely disappointed with my order from J Parkers. All of the items arrived badly crushed, with damaged packaging and plants clearly mishandled during delivery. Some of them are in such poor condition that I honestly don’t think they will survive.
The Lagerstroemia indica 'With Love' Collection was especially concerning — it arrived looking almost dead, with no signs of healthy growth. It’s unacceptable to send plants in this state.
This has been a very frustrating experience, and it feels like there is little care for quality or customer satisfaction. I would not recommend ordering from them based on this experience.

Delay in sending out my delivery with no communication. Was several weeks late.
Then, they emailed out of the blue to say they were dispatching. I was on holiday at the time, so replied asking can they dispatch it later as I won’t be home to receive parcel.
They replied no, saying it was already dispatched.
No apology, no offer to compensate/rectify situation even though it was their delay.
Disappointing customer service.

My first time buying with J Parkers. Worst I have had from on line sellers.
I ordered a Fragrant Jasmine Officinale and Climbing Rose, their sales person also convinced me to buy some Allium Millenium.
All items were very poor. The Jasmine was half dead, nothing remotely like that advertised.
The rose was completely dried out and stems looked dead. It was a bare root, but when I have bought bare root from other suppliers they have had a look of life about them.
I wrote to customer service who advised they would get back to me in two days, now been four days and no response.

I’m also having to come on here as I also haven’t had any response other than the generic automated response when I sent my email to the email address given to me by the customer service man when I phoned in on Monday.
It was a detailed email with pictures supplied as two of the Baby dwarf Buddleia plants that looked dead when they arrived on 7th February in a dormant state have not come out of the dormant state when the other 3 plants supplied have now, the other 3 plants you could see were fine on arrival.
So I need a response as to what you intend to do and whether I will ever buy plants from J Parker’s again will rest on how this is dealt with.

One rose significantly smaller than other three. I purchased four bare rooted roses. This would have been five stars but one of the roses was much smaller than the other three and had a broken branch.

Seems to be an online scam. They've taken money from my account and never sent the plants or even confirmation of the order. Tried calling them several times and they never answer their phones and they ignore emails. Will have to report fraud to the bank sadly to get a chargeback.
Before reporting to the bank, I decided to try one last time and wait for them to answer - eventually they did and they are clearly not a garden centre. It was someone abroad in a call centre who seemed to know nothing about plants or even J Parker. She just kept repeating again and again "it takes 10 working days from order to come in" and a further "5 days to be delivered". She said there must have been a "system error" in that I was never sent confirmation and she just kept apologising. Awful customer service. Today is Wednesday, I'll wait till Monday and if they're not here I'll sadly have to report as an online scam to the bank.
I'd NEVER recommend this company and definitely wouldn't use them again either.

Their instructions says I need to keep outdoor the strawberries in -8C°..the little leaves are frose..and than dead all off my 120 strawberries..no replacement!Thanks!

The product was ok and in good condition. It was disappointing that they chose to include junk mail for double glazing and other non relevant products in my package. Otherwise good.

This is my first large order with J Parkers I am delighted and will be buying from them forever!! I received 25 plantlets/bare roots a few days ago for just over £100. Apart from one that is not looking its best all of these arrived in a sturdy cardboard box, every one wrapped, wet and healthy
There is no comparison for us down south who are at the mercy of chain garden centres whose prices are so high now most people I know refuse to buy plants at them.
Thank you J Parkers for restoring my faith in fair garden retail!

Ordered products from this company. Communication was not great. Firstly, had a message to say it had been dispatched. Checked tracking number and said was at depot. waited for delivery, nothing. Chased helpline and was told that it had been lost and another would be sent out for delivery up to 10 days. Asked for it to be cancelled as it was too late to give as present. no reply. Tried to get through on chatline, said 2-5 minute wait. After 25 minutes gave up. Called number today and spoke to Dee, who said order had been cancelled and they would issue refund in 5 days. My complaint is that your customer service is not fit for purpose. If you are busy on the chatline, dont give wait time that you cannot keep to. When my order has been cancelled, send a message confirming that and that refund has been issued. Will not buy from you again, purely because of your aftercare service.
