We have always had a good experience buying from Christopher Pratts and this time was no exception.
The choice was amazing.
The staff were friendly without being ‘pushy’. We were with Chris who offered us advice and information and then left us to make our own choices but was available for any questions/,enquiries we had. Great guy!

Duncan was very helpful nothing was any trouble for him

Very enjoyable experience choosing and buying a new sofa. We had some excellent advice from David and look forward to the delivery of our new piece of furniture.

Visited a couple of times to ensure the sizing of a sofa was right for the living room. At no point were we pressured into buying anything. Great service and knowledge from Duncan who had remembered our names and what options we were considering so we ensured he was working on the day we placed the order. The showroom has a large range of furniture and is pristine. Pricing was better than at Red Brick Mill for the same product and delivery included. Will definitely buy from here again.

Our first time in Christopher Pratts today! We were very impressed with the range of furniture and accessories. We were assisted by Dale. He helped us with all our questions, nothing was too much trouble, he was friendly but professional. We finally got two pieces after looking for months. A big thank you.

Great service from Matty in the bedding department. Explained the advantages and disadvantages of various makes of bed and helped us decide on colours for the divan base by efficiently ordering samples and having them delivered to us.
Followed up with calls to ensure samples had been delivered and was on hand when we were ready to place our order.

I always enjoy shopping at Christopher Pratts in Leeds. The showroom is great with a wide range of all types of furniture and accessories. There are no pushy sales staff just helpful employees who are there to answer your questions, offer advice and leave you alone to consider your options. A great service from Dale who gave me time and space to consider my options and check measurements. Dale knew his products well and came across very pleasant and professional. A really good company who offer an overall pleasant experience.

David was great on the phone and dealt with my sale quickly and efficently and answered any questions I had about the product.

We visited the store having viewed a number of other furniture outlets in Leeds. The layout and selection was much better than the others and we were able to browse and get a feel for what we were looking for. We were also helped by David Johnson who guided us based on our thoughts, with no pressure but very informative. We left with a number of options for us to consider. A week later we revisited the store and having decided which sofa David was most helpful in the selection of fabrics for both the sofa and cushions. All in all it was a really good experience and I would recommend anyone to include Christopher Pratts when looking for furniture.

Not my first time purchasing furniture from CP's and won't be the last. We went to view some garden furniture. David couldn't have been more helpful. He talked us through everything we needed to know and more. Not sure we could have received better service. Bad planning on our side that we left it a bit late to order but David managed to have the Garden Set delivered as promised within the week. You can't ask for more can you? Fantastic service. Recently visited the Leeds Store for the first time and what a pleasurable experience it was.
Dale Williamson Senior Sales and Lisa Berry were our sales advisors and they were " outstanding ", extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable .
Would highly recommend and we will most certainly return.

We recently bought a Tempur mattress and received absolutely outstanding service from Matty at Regent Street store. From start to finish, his knowledge about the products was excellent and he took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure.

What really stood out was how much he went above and beyond to help us get the best possible deal. Nothing was too much trouble and he genuinely wanted to make sure we found the right mattress for us at the best price.

Fantastic customer service, friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. We left feeling confident we’d made the right choice thanks to Matty’s help. Highly recommend!

Paul and Andy warmly welcomed us to Pratts, offering excellent advice and service on a busy Saturday lunchtime. They listened carefully to our needs and and answered our queries with patience and humour. Overall, outstanding face to face service in a digital age which has devalued personal interactions between customer/ client and seller.

Great customer service. David and Duncan in store were friendly and not too pushy. The warehouse team were also absolutley lovely over the telephone. And the guys who delivered the sofa also really friendly and chatty.
