Thank u to Dale Williamson, who helped us so much when we visited Christopher Pratts in Leeds to purchase a new bed. His advice was very welcome in helping us choose the correct bed.

Craig made buying my new sofas so easy and enjoyable. He was informative, helpful and completely professional. He wasn't pushy, he just left us to look around and make our own minds up. Would 100% recommend Christopher Pratts, as we've made multiple purchases from there in the past. All of the staff are amazing and we never fail to find exactly what we're looking for. Be it beds, sofas or dinning room chairs.

I am a long standing customer and the reason for this has always been the excellent service and product range. Special mention to Craig and Tamsyn who have gone above expectations to assist me with my purchases. I cannot think why anyone would go elsewhere , I would have no hesitation in recommending both the store and Craig and Tamsyn.

David Tolchard is excellent. Purchased from David a year ago and returned today for a further Bed purchase. My Wife informs me we'll be back soon for a new kitchen table.......

My wife and I visited this shop twice in search of a new mattress for our bed. We were ably assisted by Matty Kielb, whose knowledge of the products appeared very sound. He reviewed our needs and observed how each mattress supported us in our various sleeping positions. After our first visit, Matty followed up with an email to confirm what we had seen and its price. He even contacted the manufacturer to get answers to some of our queries. During our second trip to the store, Matty had researched further and found another similar mattress for us to try.

Fantastic service as usual. Been shopping here over 10 years. David Tolchard has been excellent with helping us find the perfect bedroom furniture. Ordered a wardrobe set, met with Paul, very nice person who managed to help place the order for the wardrobe.

Visited Christopher Pratts in Leeds looking for advice on buying a new bed. It’s a huge showroom with lots of beds to try out. Sales Assistant Andy Aylesbury came over and helped us to find the ideal bed and mattress combination. His knowledge of beds and mattresses was amazing and he was a really nice guy. We felt very confident with his advice and the professional way he dealt with us and placed an order. We are looking forward to getting our new bed and mattress soon.

We dealt with Andy Aylesbury who from the start gave us proper time to look around before he showed great knowledge and patience when we had lots of questions! He then followed up numerous times to support the finalisation of our order and (I feel) gave us a great deal for the products purchased. Fingers crossed the delivery is as good as the sales service!

I had the pleasure today to be served by Matty. Not only was he knowledgeable and helpful, he came across as someone who genuinely wanted to help. Not only that, he has a sense of humour too! On the whole I am extremely satisfied with the experience I had today in the Leeds branch. Well done Matty, I will definitely put Christopher Pratts at the top of my list of places to buy furniture.

We went in for a new sofa and we had help from Craig who was absolutely brilliant. He knew everything we asked and wasnt pushy. He Explained all different options and the points he made were very helpful. I would definatley go back.

Richard was very helpfull on both occasions when we visited the showroom. Nothing was too much trouble for him and this was appreciated and went towards our decision to order from. Christopher Pratts.

From our second visit to the store we were greeted by Dale Williamson who was brilliant. He helped us with infirnation on products when we required but left us to browse at our leisure, so not intrusive, not overgiving and not following us around. Just enough so that when we were ready, he was there with great information. Not pushy at all. Made the ordering easy and straight forward. Gave us a realistic delivery date, but it was ready early. Delivered with great care by the delivery people, I dudn't get their names, but they were couteous and effucient and very careful onthe premises, both with the sofas and our property. The sofas are fabulous Would wholeheartedly recommend this company and in partucular Dale Williamson, senior sales advisor in the Leeds branch.

Richard Sanderson’s patience, attention to detail, and extensive knowledge make him our go to person. Thank you for helping us choose the perfect piece to add to our collection, and I appreciate all the efforts Richard extended to looking after my parents in a separate deal. Top service and frequently recommended.
