Great service with good advice from Steve, would thoroughly recommend.

My husband and I have not bought a new lounge suite for a number of years and found it hard to agree on what we wanted. However, as a result of the patience and care of Andrew Short at Stokers we have purchased our dream solution. It's a lovely store to visit made better by the lack of pressure from Andy.

Great selection of furniture with very helpful staff. Mark Cain dealt with my purchase and was a great help explaining the process. Would highly recommend!

Browsing furniture is really pleasurable; they have lots of high quality choice but also you do not have to fend off staff pushing to sell you something. However, when we did need information Andrew Short was on hand with answers in a friendly manner. He was efficient in organising the purchase, storage and delivery details. I hope the final stages, the delivery are equally pleasurable.

Tracy from the Ormskirk store was very knowledgeable about the products on the shop floor, she was brilliant to deal with.

sales staff are just not interested in helping from the minute you walk in unless it is to ask for a trust pilot review or commission on sales.
Please save your money or visit the other more popular furniture companies in the retail park. do not waste your money with this company.

We went to the Chester store to have a look for recliner chairs. The showroom is huge with plenty of choice. We had a good idea what we wanted, we were approached by Mike who was very helpful making the final decisions of colour and fabric. He certainly knew his stuff about the product we had selected. We where looking for a unit for our dining room. As we had previously bought from Stoker's Ormskirk store; we had no hesitation in returning. Once again we found a great range to suit our needs. Tracy was on hand to give us some advice and recommendations. Quality at a
good price and once again the staff and service was first class and would always recommend to family and friends.

Purchased 2 recliner chairs from the Ormskirk store. Exceptional service from Tracy who guided us through fabric samples and aftercare throughly, showing a full knowledge of the product we were buying.A definite outstanding employee in the store she provided a level of service and friendliness sadly missing in most stores these days. Would highly recommend this store and will definitely be back should I need anything else.

We would highly recommend Stokers. We have used your service before The Ormskirk shop is set out really nice with a good variety of furniture on display.

We were seen by Tracey who was really helpful. She shown us different choices we had and was really nice to deal with showing how equipment worked etc We never felt pressured and was left to have time to discuss our choice.

Tracey placed the order and gave us information on how to look after the furniture and gave us a rough idea of delivery time but followed through a couple of days later via email with a more up to date estimated time.

We went to Stoker's store in Ormskirk to look for a new sofa and chair.We were very impressed by the store ,it was easy to look around and well stocked and presented.The staff allowed us to browse without any pressure .We made our choice and were served by Tracey Corns .Tracey was so friendly and helpful ,answered all our questions and gave us a lot of information about caring for our new leather sofa and chair.We were really pleased with her knowledge and approachable manner .The atmosphere was very relaxed and stressfree.We would recommend Stoker's to anyone .Thank you Tracey for all your help

My husband and I love this shop. The main reason is we are left to browse without being hassled, however, if we need help there is always a friendly member of staff on hand to advise us. We take in our little dog Max which is great as it means we don't have to rush and the staff always make a big fuss of him and now know him by name!! Scott Dupree is the salesman we normally see, he is so helpful and polite and nothing is too much trouble. Scott is one of the main reasons we shop at Stokers in Chester and we have bought a lot of furniture from him over the last two years.
