Tracy from the Ormskirk store was very knowledgeable about the products on the shop floor, she was brilliant to deal with.

We where looking for a unit for our dining room. As we had previously bought from Stoker's Ormskirk store; we had no hesitation in returning. Once again we found a great range to suit our needs. Tracy was on hand to give us some advice and recommendations. Quality at a
good price and once again the staff and service was first class and would always recommend to family and friends.

Purchased 2 recliner chairs from the Ormskirk store. Exceptional service from Tracy who guided us through fabric samples and aftercare throughly, showing a full knowledge of the product we were buying.A definite outstanding employee in the store she provided a level of service and friendliness sadly missing in most stores these days. Would highly recommend this store and will definitely be back should I need anything else.

Then left to try the extensive collection of beds.
No pressure , just very relaxing trials.

We would highly recommend Stokers. We have used your service before The Ormskirk shop is set out really nice with a good variety of furniture on display.

We were seen by Tracey who was really helpful. She shown us different choices we had and was really nice to deal with showing how equipment worked etc We never felt pressured and was left to have time to discuss our choice.

Tracey placed the order and gave us information on how to look after the furniture and gave us a rough idea of delivery time but followed through a couple of days later via email with a more up to date estimated time.

We went to Stoker's store in Ormskirk to look for a new sofa and chair.We were very impressed by the store ,it was easy to look around and well stocked and presented.The staff allowed us to browse without any pressure .We made our choice and were served by Tracey Corns .Tracey was so friendly and helpful ,answered all our questions and gave us a lot of information about caring for our new leather sofa and chair.We were really pleased with her knowledge and approachable manner .The atmosphere was very relaxed and stressfree.We would recommend Stoker's to anyone .Thank you Tracey for all your help

Visited the Ormskirk branch where we met Tracy . We found her to be an excellent salesperson. There was no pressure to buy but when we wanred advice she was very helpful and informative.
We made a 2nd visit on the 23rd of April and again found Tracy to be very professional and helpful. It was on this 2nd visit that we decided to make a purchase.

This was due to a very helpful sales assistant and a nicely laid out store.

We bought our current 3 piece suite from Stokers in Ormskirk 20 years ago and it is still going strong, so Stokers was always going to be our first place to look for a replacement. The showroom in Ormskirk is deceptively large and has a lot of different styles of sofas on display to view and try out. The showroom also has its own parking out front which is very handy. We were free to wander around the store without being harassed/pressured by overkeen sales staff but when we had any questions someone was always available to answer them. The sales person we dealt with (Tracy) was very approachable and friendly. She was able to answer all the questions we had about various sofas and gave us invaluable advice on the wide range of different types of coverings available. With Tracy's help we finally settled on the 3 piece suite that met all our needs and we are now eagerly looking forward to it being delivered :-)
