We had a great shopping experience at doorway to value,spoilt for choice,great prices,we only came looking for a dining table set but when we saw the prices of sofas we came away buying both,excellent advice and service from Peter Williams who looked after us and made us feel valued! Will shop here again and have recommended to family and friends.

Ian Ryan helped us greatly in choosing and ordering outdoor furniture without being pushy. The whole process went well, delivered quickly, assembled and the packaging removed.

Great service from Jason, helped us with a few queries and provided all the information we needed to proceed with the order.

Danny was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the stressless chair. We explained our needs and he supported and guided us to the right product for us. He was calm, friendly and encouraging. He gave us the space and support we needed for us to make the right purchase. Thank you.

We visited the showroom on two separate occasions. Both times Jason Breeze was excellent - friendly, attentive and knowledgeable without being pushy or pressurising in any way. We would definitely return to buy again when the need arises.

The member of sales staff Danny Balcerzak was very helpful and extremely well informed about the furniture being sold.
He kept us up to date about the progress of our settees which were being made to order by the Manufacturer.
The furniture has now arrived , it is of excellent quality and perfectly delivered.

We had previously visited Doorway to Value and were impressed with the range and quality of sofas. Having now moved into our new home, we returned to choose a leather three piece suite. David Thomson greeted us and provided us with (excellent) coffees whilst we browsed. He did not put us under any pressure, but he was available to answer our questions knowledgeably. We are very happy with our choice and David made the entire buying process enjoyable.

Such a relaxed shop. Help and advice is there if you need it but yiu are not followed round like in order stores.

A lovely place to visit. We were served by David Thomson who was very knowledgeable about the products we were viewing (leather sofas). He gave us plenty of time to browse and we didn’t feel under any pressure - unlike at the big chain furniture stores. Thank you David for your fantastic service. We went away to consider our options but ultimately returned and made the purchase.

Fantastic service from Steven Corns. We were after a new sofa, bringing colour samples to match. Whilst we had every swatch and colour book out, it didn't discourage Steven, a great cuppa and a hour later and we were sorted!

We were served by Ian Ryan, he provided absolutely excellent service. He made us feel very comfortable and we didn't feel pressured at all.

David was very attentive to our needs and enabled us to purchase the furniture we wanted. Very patient, spent the best part of an hour with us. The store is very well stocked, warm and welcoming!

He was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly but above all he listened which is rare these days. Also he makes an excellent cup of coffee.
