Paul and Andy warmly welcomed us to Pratts, offering excellent advice and service on a busy Saturday lunchtime. They listened carefully to our needs and and answered our queries with patience and humour. Overall, outstanding face to face service in a digital age which has devalued personal interactions between customer/ client and seller.

Great customer service. David and Duncan in store were friendly and not too pushy. The warehouse team were also absolutley lovely over the telephone. And the guys who delivered the sofa also really friendly and chatty.
Sofa arrived to quoted schedule and I'm really happy with it. Thank you.

We went into the Leeds store and met Duncan. He wasn't pushy, but helpful and to hand no matter how many times we walked around and changed our minds. He offered a great service thanks Duncan, Alison, John and little Atticus

We bought a sofa from Christopher Pratts last year. We were happy with the quality and helpfulness of the staff, so much so we decided to buy another sofa from them.
Sales rep David Johnson gave great customer service again, remembering us from last year.

We bought furniture in Pratts and the experience was so good, we came back the next day and bought some more. No pressure sales and people following you about. Just help when you need it from knowledgeable staff. I would recommend 100%. Special mention to Lisa Berry and Dale Williamson for being patient with us and making the experience very enjoyable

Our sales assistant Richard was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Calagaris range we were interested in. Ordering was straightforward and efficient.

My husband, children and I have been looking for a new sofa recently, we had tried all the sofa shops up at birstall with very little luck, we found 1 sofa we liked from one store but later discovered that their aftercare was not the best. We then decided to try Christopher Pratts. I was reluctant when we first went as I thought the sofas would be way out of our price range. On entering the store we were left to browse at our own leisure which is a massive win in itself. Shortly after browsing a gentleman named Andy introduced himself, told us a little about christopher pratts and pretty much left us to it. He was there if we had questions and wasnt pushy at all, we told him we weren't looking at buying on that day and he respected that. A couple of weeks later we went back to look at the downstairs of the store as we hadn't had time on our previous visit. Again we saw Andy, introduced him to my mum who was with us and spoke about my grandparents as he had dealt with them a few weeks prior to us going in. Again we were left to browse at our own leisure. We eventually decided that we wanted to buy the sofa we had seen on the first visit. Andy was brilliant throughout answering any questions we had, he even allowed us to move the showroom round so we could see the configuration how it may look in our living room, he was really helpful, he gave us space if we needed to discuss things as a family etc. I would definitely recommend christopher pratts and to deal with Andy if you can cause he was great. There was no pressure sales as with many bed shops. Richard was easy to work with and went to great lengths to sort out our queries. I love this store, plenty of furniture to browse around and great quality. The staff will present themselves to customers and not pester you, just letting you know they are around if needed. I had dealings with two.of the staff... Dale and Mark, both so easy to deal with and very well informed and both made my experience a very happy one... definitely 5star ...more if I could.

We went to look at getting a new bed. David Tolchard was very knowledgeable and explained all the different beds and grades to us we found what we wanted and were delighted with the service.

Josh was very professional in hus visit to measure for new carpets. His advice in our choice was excellent. Glad we chose Pratts for our ne carpets

We had an excellent experience purchasing a new three piece suite from Pratt. Our salesman Chris was helpful, friendly and not at all pushy. He made the sales experience much less daunting than it could have been.

Great service throughout and great products to choose from in store. We were looking for a new bed and David talked us through our options, giving us all the time and information we needed to make the right choice.
It’s the second piece of furniture we’ve bought from Pratts in a relatively short period of time and definitely recommend the store.

We initially went to the Leeds store looking for a standard lamp, there was plenty to choose from and lots of styles. Duncan Edwards helped us with our purchase giving us time to think without any pressure.
We had also seen an Arus sideboard we liked but needed to check measurements. We returned a few weeks later where Duncan helped us again with the purchase.
