Having not received my order due to issues with the delivery company, I contacted Cartridge people by e-mail one evening and was very impressed when I found a reply the following morning. Rachel asked if I wanted the order sent out again or a refund, I requested re-delivery and the replacement order arrived two days later, well packaged. Thankyou very much Rachel for the service I received, it could not have been better.

I had previously tried placing an order online but ran into difficulties . This morning, I contacted cartridge people and spoke to Sam. He guided me through placing the order and was extremely patient and kind, giving me clear explanations and repeating them where necessary.

Great Customer Service. We had an issue with the power cord, which Phil picked up and sorted v. quickly - also checking that it wouldn't create any warranty issues etc., before dispatching a new cord next day delivery.

I understand, problems sometimes happen, but the way it was dealt with means I'd be happy to recommend and buy from again.

Marianne was a delight to deal with. She quickly sorted out two problems I'd been having with the ordering process. She even gave me a slight discount to make up for the trouble I'd had. And we had a lovely conversation about our chickens!

My order was processed extremely quickly and delivered at least a day earlier. A subsequent query was handled by George in a very detailed and prompt way. What's not to like!

Very quick, great quality service and products. I cannot overlook Cartridge People for stationary/ ink related stuff - they deliver/ hit their marks every time. I've purchased from them at least 5 times and I would not hesitate in buying again, provinding costs remain good. Their customer service, speed and quality of delivery is excellent - I recently was helped by Sheree when an item arrived slightly damaged - all good and so glad for their quick and clear help.

Honestly turned what could have been a horrible experience into a great one. I had an expensive set of ink cartridges sent to my work address and Evri, in their eternal incompetence left the package in an alley overnight which was of course gone by the morning when I came back.

The company was so quick to sort me out and give me the necessary forms to declare the original missing. This sort of customer care matters so much to me and I will be a lifelong customer for it!

When I ordered a set of HP toners for my LaserJet pro printer, I purchased their own label products which were delivered next day with free delivery. I encountered a small problem and emailed customer services and was promptly dealt with by Hannah. She was incredibly kind and patient with providing solutions to my issue and explained a swift resolution. Her tone and empathy throughout were absolutely superb. With the problem solved quickly and efficiently, I would highly recommend the Cartridge People based on speed of service, pricing and all backed by excellent customer service. Hannah is a credit to you all!

Ordered cartridges that weren't compatible with my HP printer due to hp assistant being installed. I called for technical support and spoke to George, who was great! Very knowledgeable. Although I Couldnt bypass the feature they offered to give me a credit note so I could purchase the correct hp ones!! Amazing customer service!!

Great experience with this company, they rang to inform me that the printer I had orderd only had a 700 page cartridge and said they had a deal price for a 3000. Printer works great and speedy delivery. I would recommend

I emailed the company. Aden dealt with my query quickly and efficiently. He was helpful and polite. due this excellent customer service I am now very likely to use this company for my next purchase of printer ink

I would just like to draw attention to the quite exceptional customer service I got from Cartridge People today. I terminated a service agreement with HP and I needed to get replacement cartridges. What I hadn’t realised was that in entering the original agreement with HP I had granted them daily wifi access to my printer so that they can detect if third party cartridges are being used and prevent them from registering with the printer. Apparently this would have been in the small print of the original agreement but I missed that. When I phoned Phil at Cartridge People he explained the problem. Regardless of the fact that it was technically my responsibility he issued me with a full refund (in spite of the fact that the cartridges could not be returned as they had been opened). I am incredibly appreciative and can’t recommend them highly enough. Unfortunately I can’t use their services for this printer but I will definitely return when I replace this one. Thanks again.

I have used the Cartridge People for a number of years now and they are always competitive on price and extremely efficient at dispatching my orders. On the one occasion that my order went missing with the courier, Caroline in their customer services department sorted everything out for me and had my order re-dispatched the same day. Contacted Lucy at Cartridge People (CP) after non-delivery of an order. Courier picture was not my door, and no neighbours had package.
Lucy was brilliant in following this up and, within 24 hours of contacting CP, Lucy had arranged for a replacement set of cartridges to be sent out which arrived the next day.
Great service, and cartridges work beautifully in my printer.
