Great Customer Service
Great customer service. I bought 2 Cartridge People own brand (non original) HP ink cartridges at a very competitive price and when I tried one in my printer I discovered that it wasn't compatible. I phoned Cartridge People Customer Services and spoke to Wiki who was so helpful and discovered that because I had signed up to HP+ when I bought the printer, it meant my printer could only take original HP cartridges for the life of the printer. I hadn't realised this so Wiki progressed a refund for the cartridge I had opened and sent me a free return link for the unopened one. Such a great service and I will definitely buy more cartridges (only original HP) from CP going forward. Would definitely recommend.

Great customer service from the company when my order “went missing” by the courier used. Caroline & Gemma couldn’t have been more helpful, & there was no hesitation in issuing me with a refund.
I will definitely use the company again, but just request that a different courier is used for my delivery.

Customer service was efficient and very helpful. Being able to return unopened ink cartridges within 12 months is very considerate for customers as the printer may break before using the ink. A while ago, when I ordered the printer manufacturer’s own-brand ink cartridges (quite expensive), they contacted me to suggest a cheaper alternative: Cartridge People’s own-brand cartridges.
I explained that compatible cartridges had previously stopped working because of the printer manufacturer’s digital blocking system. The customer service representative assured me that Cartridge People’s own-brand cartridges would not be affected, and they worked without any problems. This saved me a lot of money.
Although my printer has now finally reached the end of its life, I am very happy with the service Cartridge People provided.

I have been using Cartridge People for many years. The delivery is so quick and I never have a problem with the toners or the service. However, unfortunately today on fitting a new toner it didn't work - Marianne from Customer Service was extremly friendly and helpful and sent me over some tips to try to see if any of them helped. Bunged up cartridge
Bought a cartridge sometime ago now but it wouldn't print - the printer (HP) didn't recognise the amount of ink in it. I contacted Cartridge People and MELANIE told me to immerse the cartridge in warm water for a while, dry it out and then try it. Bingo! The cartridge now works and we're back printing again.

I’ve used Cartridge People for a number of years but each time compare prices with several other suppliers. Cartridge People usually come out on top. This time, they surpassed themselves. Very poor quality. Very poor Customer service!
I ordered HP toners. They phoned me and tried to persuade me to get their own brand. I reluctantly agreed. Quality is rubbish and smudging Red everywhere. Despite their alleged 100% satisfaction guarantee they aren’t interested and refund me. Definitely one to avoid! Stick to Amazon!

This company sent me their own brand ink instead of the Brother ink I ordered, they assured me it was as good as Brother, I told them I would try it when mine completely ran out, I did this recently by my printer won't accept their cartridge even after I reset the printer as advised, I have emailed them twice now but they won't respond, do not use this company
