Ordered today an OEM Brother Drum at a great price.
Realised right after I'd placed the order that these are the Bait-And-Switch guys who caught me out with the "switch to ours" five years ago - and it was an awful product and big waste of money. And, true to form the out-of-stock email arrived within a couple of hours. This time I, of course, opted for a refund - I don't want their "stuff" ever again. This is obviously their business model but how they can keep getting away with it for years is beyond me - negative reviews notwithstanding.
I'm determined to NOT make today's waste-of-time-error again.

Phone call to explain why order not available. Amended order and £3 refund arrived the next day. Outstanding service.

Quick and efficient dealing with orders. Cartridges all very good quality. I would recommend cartridge land to anyone wanting to buy ink cartridges.

After receiving a cartridge which my printer said was faulty, Sam arranged for a replacement to be sent out, which worked. There was some inconvenience with the to-ing and fro-ing, but thanks to Sam for his customer service and for applying a discount and I'd recommend this option as much cheaper than buying a new, branded replacement.

I’m not often impressed so when I am I oughta share.
At first sceptical when I ordered Epson inks for an Epson printer 1500w and I got a phone call saying they haven’t got any OEM but they have compatibles.
2 sets for the same price.

The 1500w is known for not accepting compatible cartridges but as the real cartridges are no longer made but I have a fully functioning printing machine what choice is there.
One of the light magenta was refused by the machine but this was replaced quickly by Cartridge Land.
Colours are sound and so far no problems.
I wouldn’t sell these prints as the ink is not tested, but for home use on a now obsolete printer they do the job.

Is it possible to award less than one star? If so, then that's what I would like to give.

Advert was for Genuine 29 Multi Pack Ink Cartridges Epson OE, but as per many other buyers, I got the phone call to say, really sorry but it appears we are out of stock of the original cartridges, we have some compatible ones, which are actual Epson cartridges, which we refill.
So NO THEY DONT HAVE GENUINE CARTIDGES, this is False trading, which is why these are sold through Cartridge Planet, although all the T & C's and Privacy Policy states its Cartridge Land. Total Fraud. will never use again.

Under UK law, specifically the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (which updated previous consumer protection regulations), it is a banned commercial practice to deliberately mislead consumers into ordering a product that is made by a particular manufacturer but providing an alternative.

I wish I had read the reviews. Cartridge Land advertised genuine Epson product and sent me cheapo substitutes claiming they are out of stock! This is fraud. I received the cheapos 20 minutes ago and went straight to the website and they are still advertising the genuine Epson ones on the title page! Unbelievable that this law is not enforced.
If I had wanted cheap I would have ordered cheap!

Like many others, i bought some HP ink advertised as genuine slightly cheaper than other sellers, next day i got a call saying the item was out of stock? would i accept remanufactured cartridges, the answer is no i only use genuine ink due to past bad experiences with poor quality ink. i would avoid this company i doubt they have any genuine products.

I ordered an OEM cartridge online and the order seemingly went through. However, I received a call from a staff member saying the item actually wasn't available but offered me 2 compatibles for the same price. Having had trouble in the past, I was wary of compatibles, but he was very reassuring and even emailed to confirm and sent me the link.
Three months later when my existing cartridge finally ran out, I opened the new one to find it physically looked very different and was quite shocked. I emailed late, around 7pm hoping I'd get a response the following day. However, I had a reply almost straight away assuring me it was the correct cartridge and how to proceed. He was completely correct! It just looked very different. So I'd rate the customer service very highly!

Scam artists.... Ordered Brother L3219 cartridges. Then got a phone call... "Very sorry, out of stock... Blah blah" followed by an attempt to get me to switch to some remanufactured alternative. When I said no thanks, I got a 'surprised' attitude and strong pushback. Still awaiting a refund. Tempted to report to trading standards....
UPDATE:
One month on, 26th March - still awaiting my money back. Have contacted my bank to instigate recovery and now reported the firm to Trading Standards. This firm should not be allowed to trade

Beware they want you to switch to remanufactured if you order genuine.

Bait and switch - as others have noted, you order genuine cartridges at slightly discounted price, then they phone you and try to get you to accept replacements, either remanufactured, or 'damaged box' items - claiming that on 'picking the item, we discovered we're out of stock' - and that the only new stock will also be damaged box!) - sounds as much like a scam as anything ever did!

Ordered originals. Approx one hour later received a call saying out of stock. Tried to upsell me double pack of non originals. I declined. I didn't believe the guy on the phone. Let's see if the refund follows promptly - not looking good so far!

Just like the majority of the reviews, I received a phone call to say that my order was out of stock because they have local collections. Mentioned multiple times being in business 15 years blah blah blah. Tried to persuade me to take the non genuine inks but I requested a refund. Then said you can have half a refund and some of their own brand inks. Again I declined. If I wanted non genuine inks, I would have ordered them. I would have given 1 star as they are blatantly lying to get orders but the guy was friendly enough and processed my refund so he earned a star back.

We placed an order for premium cartridges and although we experienced the same issues of them being out of stock and alternative premium offered. I accepted this and was assured they were dispatched same day. 4th Feb!! Fast forward to today 10th Feb, no delivery. I was now worried that we had been “scammed “ I called them and was reassured that they were dispatched and they were going to call DPD and call me back. My colleague thought we ought to check with neighbouring businesses to see if they had been delivered(we had no card through the door)…..…..yes they were there last week!! No card from DPD and no communication from the neighbours :(
The gent called me back to say what I already now knew, they were delivered the next day.
Excellent customer service and communication from this company.
Will definitely be returning when we need ink in the very near future:)

My experience of buying HP ink cartridges matches that of many others. You wont get the "originals" that you ordered and paid for. You get a phone call saying they are out of stock so they are sending two lots of their own brand.
They worked fine for a couple of weeks and I then had multiple problems with the print heads blocking. The ink levels also go down about 10 times faster that original cartridges. After multiple complaints I did get a full refund - hence the 2 star rather than 1 star rating. This whole process took 3 months and during that time the original were still 'out of stock', what a surprise! Save yourself the hassle by avoiding this company buying originals elsewhere.

This company deserves zero stars. They are total con merchants. I ordered a black and a colour HPXL cartridge from them. They rang to say that one of the items were out of stock but they were genuine refilled HP cartridges. I stressed that our printer would only take genuine cartridges and they blatantly lied saying that they were.
When they arrived they are nothing like the genuine cartridges and will not fit our printer and are covered in Chinese writing.
Companies such as this need striking off as they are an absolute disgrace.
I have tried to contact them on the number they rang me on and surprise surprise no one answers.
