Item not as described.
The picture on the web site shows a cartridge with full packaging.
The item received had no outer box. The box would have show the 'Use By' date of the product.
I can only assume that the outer box had been discarded prior to shipping to conceal the fact that the Use By date has passed.
This violates the Sale of Goods Act which states (amongst other things) that the item must be as-described.

As explained on the email we sent back to you with your concern, the listing does state there is not a box with the product, the onus is on you to read it properly. We have also said to you that you are more than welcome to return the product.
Along side this, we have also explained to you how ink cartridges do not have expiry dates, and that you are actually referencing the manufacturer’s warranty date. This can be found engraved on the ink cartridge itself, so there is no basis to your claim that packing has been removed to conceal dates.
I would suggest that you correctly read a product description before purchasing and then blaming the supplier for your error. Leaving a negative review because of your own mistake is not really fair.
